I had to have open heart surgery and it was highly recommended to get a recliner for the house. It is very difficult to sleep laying down after surgery and a recliner is a perfect place to put your feet up and relax, especially when it helps you get in and out of the chair. And just for the record I am 54 years old. After surgery I couldn't even get up on my own. Having this recliner that basically helped you get up from it was a godsend. It was comfortable kept my feet up nicely and was easy to sleep in. It also has a heating feature and a massage feature which I used a few times as well. Now that I don't need the chair every single day my family fights to use it. It's a great value for the price compared to the prices I was seeing for other chairs online. Great chair most comfee ever experienced ... only problem the 4 leads from back rest for heat and vibrate 2 were hidden had to remove lower back rest to find them .

So easy to assemble!! The chair is super thick, plus and comfy. The separate massage remote, side pockets and cup holdersan are absolute bonus. The great part is the separate remote that adjusts the headrest, and fully reclines so you can rest comfortably. That is until two months into using the remote stopped working properly and won’t fully recline. Even worse, the lift to standing feature barely works which is why I needed the chair to help with my disability. Stupidly I didn’t buy the warranty, so I am stuck with a chair that is malfunctioning and I have no way to repair it. Plus I can’t afford to buy a new chair. HELP!!! ... show more

I was excited to get this chair as I was having issues with my hip and getting up and down from a seated position was very difficult and painful. Everything went fine until I was sitting in it and went to lower the chair when something 'snapped' inside. It no longer works as a power chair. We can manually extend the foot rest but for over $500 I would expect this thing to last several years. I was very upset to see that it is outside of the return period and no refunds. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I do not feel it was made very well given it only lasted 4 months with just normal everyday use. Purchased after many hours of research for a lift recliner. It arrived within a week. The first time I sat in the chair my body said thank you. It's a very firm chair and in the upright position is not low to the floor. I'm 6' tall with knee problems and have difficulty getting up and down. The motor is a little louder than expected but that's ok. The only issue I have is that the green light on the remote stays illuminated and only goes off if you unplug it, I guess that's why they suggest you unplug when not in use🤔. ... show more
