I got his recliner for my mother's room because she's older and suffers from Alzheimer's, so she spends a lot of time seating and watching TV. The advantage I saw on this recliner, aside from the electric massage functions and heating, was that it is not massively big, and I would be able to fit it through the bedroom's door in two pieces. Assembling it is crazy simple, and the rocking feature works great. The only addition I think would have made this recliner perfect is if there was a way to lock the position instead of freely spinning on its axis, but I guess that's part of the rocking mechanism. Anyway, I bought it on special for christmas, and I think I paid a fair price for it, i wouldn't feel the same way had I paid a higher price for it though.

We ordered this chair because it fits well where we need it. We like that it rocks and swivels. It is comfortable, was easy to put together. It is small for a recliner - perfect for a woman, but may be a little small for a man.

I was skeptical about these chairs, but they far exceeded my expectations! Easy to put together, very comfy! Even my husband who is not a small guy loves them! Bought for our air bnb so won’t be devastated if they need to be replaced sooner than later for the price!

This is the smallest recliner that I have ever seen in my life. I normally have lazy boys but they're expensive but apparently you get what you pay for and this is going back. Have stage four ovarian cancer for the second time in 2 and 1/2 years and instead of sending someone to pick up the chair because it was listed as big and tall I had to unpack it. Put it together. Realize that it was a child's chair and then talk to six different people on chat. All to come to the same conclusion that I had to disassemble. Put it back in the box the way it came and put it on my front porch. I am bruised all over. That thing is heavy and I am not healthy. I had to call for pain meds because my back is hurt so bad. My arms are tore up bruised. I am cut and this is going to probably be the last thing that I ever order on Amazon because it's not that much cheaper than going anywhere else and they keep going up on The prime membership fee and you think they're getting it cheaper but you're not. You're just getting it quicker and who cares? I'm getting a refund and I won't be buying anything on here anymore. They do not care about their customers. Now it's 2:30 in the morning. They're coming between 10:00 and 8:00 tomorrow. It's raining. All I'm going to do is thaw a garbage bag on the top of the box because they told me to put it on the porch or they would not pick it up. If it's wet it's because of the back end of the hurricane in Alabama. Helene and I could care less about the stupid chair.

I’ve owned many recliners over my 69 years. An added bonus besides the massage and heat which helps my spinal stenosis is the swivel. Being able to turn 360 degrees without getting up is such a perk and advantage. This chair rocks, in more ways than one. For the price you can’t beat it.

The chair came in a box unassembled. I expected to perform some assembly. The back easily assembled to the base. However, the arm cushion pieces did not zip to the base sides. The zipper on the arm cushion would not fasten to the mating zipper on the base. Closer inspection revealed that the base zipper was sewn too close to the base side and the zipper did not match and engage. I'm thinking about requesting a refund or requesting an exchange. Not very pleased with this purchase. The color matched the picture and it rocked okay, if only the arm cushions would stay on. (Yes, I know, use duct tape) is it made in China? - probably so, not sure.

Good value for the price. The chair doesn’t really massage, just vibrates and the vibration is a bit loud. The heat is nice. It was easy to assemble.
