This item comes and a lot of parts so see if there's a way you can get your preassembled. However it comes with step by step instructions and all the hardware was there . What took the most time to put together was the head board everything else was pretty easy to put together. Came with the lights and outlet too . Also thank you to the UPS man who brought up the stairs I know it wasn't easy because the boxes wasn't light everything was packaged really well . Metal frame is very strong ,the wood looks great ,the height of the frame is great but make sure to get a decent pillow top mattress to go with because I'm dieing with memory mattress. Great for the country comfort feel .

Bed is exactly as pictured! Assembly took a while but end result is totally worth it! Excellent customer service with getting servings of two packages exchanged because one was damaged during shipment! Arrived in a timely fashion and my daughter loves her new bed!

The flip down door in headboard is severely warped so cannot close due to inability to reach magnet and clips intended to keep from falling open. Sellers resolution is to refund $55 and have the board fixed locally as they cannot replace individual parts. The bed is $335 and 75% together. (Note, the instructions are grossly unusable and small. Only visual, no words. So, it takes hours to put together. There are 100+ screws! Do not purchase this bed!

This bed frame has a decently rigid construction and is very sturdy. I have yet to have any annoying squeaks or cracks come from it when it is moved. We shall see if it stands the test of time for the next several years. I would recommend to most folks who need a solid bed frame at a reasonable price. If this is a truly durable bed frame, then you save tons of money compared to shopping at Nebraska furniture mart or other super expensive furniture stores.

The bed is aesthetically pleasing; however, the drawer came in warped and prevented proper installation and fractured during placement. Exercise caution when installing, and replace the drawer if warped.

It really wasn't difficult to put together at all. It took a while, but I refused help from anybody. The bed looks just like the picture. I was missing 2 screws for the handles on the drawer, but the company worked with me to get it taken care of, and they were extremely quick with their responses - I had a response the next day. Will definitely consider going through them again.

The frame is nice and sturdy and was what I was looking for. The headboard doesn't move when u move on the bed. The bottom drawer has lots of space and is pretty deep, doesn't slide very well on carpet because the wheels are maybe a half inch in diameter and just not very big. The frame and all is very beautiful. BUT the 1st boxes were missing a support piece of wood which made it difficult to put together and the board that makes the whole hidden storage area hidden was very bowed. We tried attaching it and it actually split the wood on the headboard. So we got a 2nd set when we filed for missing parts. This had the part we needed but the board was again bowed and at this point I just added a piece of wood from lowes and called it a day. I love the height of the bed and the color and all the storage but the bowed boards have me a little frustrated to say the least.
