The item came damaged in the headboard, there was a hole in the pull down storage part. The headboard pull down part also did not match up to the pre drilled holes and had to screw the pull down part shut. The wood color doesn't match the night stands.

This item comes and a lot of parts so see if there's a way you can get your preassembled. However it comes with step by step instructions and all the hardware was there . What took the most time to put together was the head board everything else was pretty easy to put together. Came with the lights and outlet too . Also thank you to the UPS man who brought up the stairs I know it wasn't easy because the boxes wasn't light everything was packaged really well . Metal frame is very strong ,the wood looks great ,the height of the frame is great but make sure to get a decent pillow top mattress to go with because I'm dieing with memory mattress. Great for the country comfort feel . ... show more

Love love love this bed frame!!! Even though the slide out bottom drawer was cracked. I’m guessing it happened during the shipping. So I just use the barn doors instead of pulling the whole thing out. This is why I only give 3 stars. However it is sturdy with plenty of storage.

Came in 2 boxes, directions were simple, assembly was a tad complicated. It's beautiful. Zero support at foot of bed without drawer under it. Do not sit on foot, also mattress slides off frame easily, may need anti skid mat. It's also not as high as I was expecting.

I only received 1 box. I am missing 95% of my bed I ordered. I got no bed frame, hardware, lights, drawers, NOTHING I'm not happy at all
