This is a lovely cabinet, just the right size for what I needed. My sister and I put it together, it took awhile, the instructions were pretty good, there were a couple of spots that didn’t show detail as much as we needed and we had to guess, and then correct it when we figured it out. Well designed, all parts were there. The only complaint I have is UPS was the shipper, no fault of the company who sold it, but it arrived in my home town only to have it delayed day after day for whatever reason, by the time I got the box, it was in pretty sad shape from being loaded and unloaded, unhappy with UPS. But! The company did a great job of packing the product so well it kept everything safe and sound, if they hadn’t, there would have been major damage. So kudos to the seller for the great packing job. Very appreciated.

First off I’m a 64 year old woman, and I was able to put this pantry cabinet together. It took me 2 1/2 days to finish. The pantry turned out to be really nice and sturdy. It does have an option of being mounted to a wall if needed. There were two things that I found interesting. The assembly instructions were only pictures with no written instructions. The pieces were all numbered and all holes were predrilled, but if you need clarification on any of the assembly steps or pieces, you need to sit and study the instructions. The other thing is that all of the pieces seemed sturdy except for the back panels. I kept wondering why they skimped on the back panel material when all of the other pieces were heavy and sturdy. But they did provide little plastic bits to add to these panels to keep them in place. This really helped. I have never assembled something this big and detailed before but didn’t have too much difficulty. I did need my grandson to help me with the bigger pieces and to stand the pantry up. The cabinet looks really nice in the end, and I would definitely recommend.

Looks attractive but is made of that press-board stuff. (No complaints on that as I know ya get what ya pay for). It matched perfectly with my kitchen cabinets too...so it makes me sad thatthere qere issues. We started putting the first one together and found the 2 main support beams were cracked, fully in half! I called Amazon, she was awesome and immediately sent a replacement. Then, Ugh, that one also arrived broken. (Only 1 beam was partially cracked this time though) Anyway, this pantry LOOKs well-made, which is a nice thing to keep your spending at a minimum. Just be prepared to check for broken parts. Unfortunatly, I ended up going a different route, didn't want to go through this a 3rd time. If the above hadn't happened, I'd have this pantry in my kitchen. Hope you have better luck.

Very poor quality material. The cabinet is made from a very low density fiber board material and the fasteners are not up to the job of keeping things together. I encountered several problems assembling the product. Customer service is sympathetic but in the end not helpful at all. Most of the cabinet is assembled with cam fasteners that tear out of the soft material very easily. I contacted Customer service regarding a tear out and was told to put it back in the box & send it back. That is not an option, trust me. Later in the process I contacted Customer service regarding some missing parts thinking they could send these fasteners to me. Again they were sympathetic but no missing parts were forthcoming. I was told essentially I was on my own but they did offer a nominal refund. Absolutely do not order anything from this company
