The couch is very cheaply made nothing connects correctly. The bed does not pull out conveniently it always gets stuck and it’s very uncomfortable. I would not recommend it ever again and I’m requesting a refund I sent it in just now. I gave it at least three weeks to get used to and it does not work. Nothing works. It is very heavy, but fairly easy to assemble, 2 small women were able to put it together. It's soft and comfortable. Nice that it lays completely flat.

The media could not be loaded. What could have been a great couch was unfortunately ruined by a few small cost saving measures. First, though, the positives. The whole couch was relatively easy to set up. Not exactly "tooless" but an Alan wrench was only needed for 6 screws, so not bad. Set the whole thing up in a little over an hour by myself. No spare parts given, but for the price that's to be expected. The pullout mechanism works fair well, with the trundle coming out relatively smoothly. The storage bin requires some strength to open but it stays open while putting stuff in it. It can hold surprisingly large amount of items. The seat cushions are very firm. I had sort of expected that for the cost but am a bit disappointed. I'm not sure I would sleep on this as is, but I have memory foam topper I can unroll to put on top of it which stores neatly in the storage, so I'm OK with it. The USB ports feed off a single USB-A male plug. The cord is short but I also figured that would be the case. The included charger is 2V, 5A, 10W. I am using my own instead along with an extension cord. I really like the cup holders and arm rest compartments. The cup holders are big and the compartments spacious. The magazine slots on the side feel a bit weak though... I'd be afraid of using them and risking tearing them away from the couch. Speaking of sturdiness, this isn't going to win any awards but for the price I think it does the job with one caveat... which ties into why I'm rating this so low. The back of the couch is terrible. First, the cushions are extremely thin and flimsy, making it not comfortable. Additionally, the back rest is *way* to short, meaning that there I no back support for the top quarter of the cushion. This effectively means it's almost pointless to put any resting weight against the back cushions. And all they would have had to do is extend those about 6 inches. Additionally, the back rest supports just don't seem that strong. For someone of average weight I suppose they are fine, but for people a bit heavier or kids who might rough house on the furniture, I'd worry about them breaking. I'm considering returning the couch for the back of it, which is a shame because had the back support been a bit longer and back cushions a bit thicker this would have been a really good couch for the price... like 4.5 star. ... show more

It's nice and affordable but the wooden framework material is not the best. I just bought this and to go through a lot being delivered. It's in 2 packages. 1st delivery came from Amazon. Had to reach out to the seller to provide me with the delivery tracking number for the 2nd package.
