I cannot say enough about this tent! It was a super easy set up and I am just a few months shy of 60 and it was soooo easy. The quality of the tent itself held up under NM winds which says a lot. Very spacious, the hole for the stove was a perfect fit. All the tools and equipment worked well to set it up and tear it down. The only thing and this is a problem with many big tents, is the repack. You have to struggle to get it down to the size of the bag it came in and the tool bag, the pole bag are also supposed to fix with the tent in the bag but they did not. ... show more

Has a good thick canvas. Larger than I expected it to be. Could easily fit a couple king size air mattresses. Hard to pack up and to lift from the weight but seems sturdy. Update: got several of these to host some glamping, the first I set too near a hill and it took in some water. I replaced the outer stakes with the type that you can use with a drill that are also glow in the dark, really sped up the setup process. The center pole is the most difficult part of setup, but if you get it diagonal and scoot it the rest of the way to the center it isn’t bad. 20 ft easily fits so much. ... show more

Excellent quality on everything except the stakes. The fabric and floor is heavy duty and way more durable than anything I've ever used, including my time in the military. But the stakes need to be babied when you remove them from the ground or they snap at the top. My son was helping and snapped about 5 of them before I realized. The tent went up easy and will be plenty of room for my family of 7 People + 3 dogs. Even the storage bags are high quality thick canvas. All together, it weighs enough for a dolly or heavy duty wagon to get it around if you don't have a buddy to help you lift it. Weight & Dimensions in description are accurate. Great value! I don't foresee any leakage issues. Will function well as a Sukkah for Sukkot. Better stakes would earn it a full 5 Stars. ... show more

So, I absolutely adore this tent. While expensive compared to some tents, I bought this tent because I wanted something that was built to last. Canvas tents if taken care of can last you 15-30 years PLUS! To me this tent is a lifetime investment but if you're considering PLEASE look up how to take care of them!! 1. Never pack this bad boy away wet. This is the number one killer of canvas tents. Let it sit out, dry, then pack her back up into the spacious bag they offer. Make sure to store it in a cool dry place for off seasons. Also, Long gone are the days of trying to fit your tent into a tiny bag, they give you a good size bag. Once you learn to fold it properly, you'll be folding it right every time with leeway. 2. Cleaning this home wrecker. boat canvas cleaner or any canvas cleaner works great on dirt, stains, etc. it won't harm the fabric and will help prolong your tent. Just water works well too. When camping, I normally just pack a small broom to sweep away any leaves or pollen that collect on the tent. Does great good for it and keeps her pretty. 3. THIS TENT IS WATERPROOF! I read a comment being upset that it isn't, but she most definitely is. I set up this tent and it survived 2 long days of spring rain blasting down on it and we stayed nice and dry. Please note that the tent canvas may feel 'wet' if you touch it, but don't worry. The tent is functioning as is. 4. WATERPROOFING IS NOT FOREVER ON ANY TENT! You have to reapply waterproofing for ANY tent as it begins to wear. This is something you may have to do every 12 to 24 months and consists of buying a waterproof spray and spraying the canvas. Some people spray the inside, some spray outside, some do both. I haven't had to rewaterproof my tent yet and don't anticipate having to anytime yet. DONT USE DETERGENTS OR NON APPROVED SOAPS ON THE CANVAS UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. It will wear the waterproofing off on that area. You will need to wait for the tent to dry and reapply waterproofing spray. If you know this, you are golden. I washed dirt off my tent with just a high pressure hose and a soft sponge and it got all the dirt off beautifully. 4. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A GOOD GROUND TARP. This tent has a nice thick reliable floor but over time, like any tent, if you're dropping it down on sharp rocks, it's going to wear out the floor. get yourself a nice, thick tarp to put under it to protect your tent. Make sure the tarp isn't sticking out when it rains so water doesn't collect on the tarp and under your tent. Lay it down, nicely keep it under your tent and you should be set. 5. Try to keep it out of the sun if keeping up for prolonged periods of time. Use a tarp if needed to protect it. Some things to note about this tent: they give you sturdy stakes and a handy hammer to make stake removal easy. The hook on the hammer allows you to easily remove stakes from the ground. The directions on setting up the tent for the first time easy as the seller provides not only written instructions, but images to go with it. The pamphlet is thick paper and won't tear easily if you toss it back into one of the three bags they give you. The tent only has two tent poles and I find it's easier and quicker to put up than a normal dome tent. This keeps keeps a nice temperature and it's roomy. We bought the 4m size and we have a full size air mattress, a large dog bed, an inflatable chair and ottoman, and a table in our tent. It's made for a very comfortable way to camp, definitely glamping. The only con I can think of is the stitching in some areas was frayed. This made me worry that it was cheaply stitched. Since it lasted such a heavy rain and doesn't leak, I removed the loose strings and she's good to go. ... show more

First time using this with a camp stove in it and it burnt a hole in the tent event though the stove pipe was centered through the hole with the silicone sleeve it came with. I love the tent but this is very disappointing that this happened.

I bought the 13 ft tent around a week ago.. I live in northern Cali and so far it's doing extremely well.. far better than I thought it would honestly..I took a chance on the brand.. Set up was very easy.. 25 minutes under normal conditions.. it stays fairly cool for a tent even on 90 plus degree days... I'll see how it does this winter... Rain the hose over it for ten minutes no leaks do to workmanship, the little water that did get in was my fault for spraying the hose directly at the sidewall where a window I forgot was not zips all the way ... show more
