Absolutely love this. Has lots of space. Can fit two queen size air mattresses and still have room to move around. The tent can be divided into two rooms, each with its own door. The best part is the lights, high, low or red for night time. It takes less than 5 minutes to set up by yourself. The little screened in porch is great for keeping the bugs out of the main tent area and sitting. Would definitely recommend it for anyone who has kids and or pets for camping because of the durability of the material.

We camped out for a night near the house with our Cub Scouts troop and our cabin tent was full of Cub Scouts. The enormity intrigued all the youngsters and they had to see it. The tent is so roomy and the lighting was amazing for the value. All of our camping gear easily fit into our cabin overnight with room to spare for the beds. The only drawback was that a couple Scouts tried jumping on the air mattress; all remedied with a healthy dose of hot dogs. Overall we didn’t have any condensation issues; so nothing like leaking ; I believe the design is very functional how the tent can be set up in right at 7 minutes on the first try and lastly it appears to be durable with the stitching on the flaps, seams and zipper which is where I have discovered tents I’ve had before had let me down.

This tent is so awesome, it sets up and down so easily following the directions. With two of us, we had it completely set up in 20 minutes easily. The lights have 3 settings and easily light up the entire tent. There is ample room in it and we could stand up straight, so no constant bending over inside!! Air vents on the bottom allow good air flow, even with the windows shut, but I loved how there are windows on every side to keep it cooler during the day, the air circulates so well inside! Loved the screened top, covered with the rain guard, that allows for even more air circulation. We didn't use the room divider this trip, but I have a feeling it will come in handy at some point! I was just so impressed with every little detail that went into this tent and the built-in lights made us feel much safer than having a lantern inside with a flame! Even my in-laws were impressed with how quick it went up and came down, and how roomy it was inside!! If I could give this tent 10 stars, I would because it is that awesome!!

Great tent, with two caveats. 1. The tent we received had a rip at the bottom seam at the back of the tent, where it connects with the floor. It appeared to be a manufacturing defect, as we ordered it new from Amazon. Credit to CORE, though; they provide a support number, which was actually answered very quickly by a pleasant and helpful support person. We're sending in the receipt and order information; hopefully they'll replace the tent. My hopes are high. I'll update if they don't. 2. When it says "water-resistant," that's exactly what it means. Our first Boy Scout campout with this tent was a disaster, through no fault of Core. No rain, but in the middle of the night the sprinkler system at the park went off. To be fair, the rain fly was enough for the sprinkler head that was further away where the water landed on the roof; but I don't think there's a tent short of a professional expedition tent that could survive a sprinkler from 3 feet away spewing its entire force directly at the back wall of the tent. Water seeped/sprayed through (at the zipper especially, even though the window was closed). To be clear, I do not fault CORE for this, just thought folks should know. As for the rest, it does take a little bit of figuring out to set it up the first time, and it's easier to take it down with two people, but it's very easy overall.

Love this tent, went camping January 1 to 4th in Alabama, we ended up using the 6 man tent, great time. It rained the last night there and had no rain in the tent, even missing an awning pole. The six man tent was missing awning pole for our trip, called them and they sent a replacement one for us as you can see in the pictures. Some campers next to us there, tent was broke, let them borrow the 12 man tent for the night. They had 9 people in there group, it rained that night, real hard, no water inside. They loved it so much, that they bought one while there. It sleeps great, nice space for your needs. Set it up in backyard when we came back and love how easy it goes together and takes down, as I have neck and back issues, I was able to do it myself, as I'm 62 year old male. This will be used alot for hunting and camping. Didn't take long to set it up. You have to get one, don't listen to the naysayers that don't know what there talking about. I've been doing this for a very long time and would say this is the best tent I've purchased. Thank you, Core for your help and having great products, as I purchased both tent tarps also.

I just attended the annual Girl Scout spring camping event with my daughters, and we knew that the forecast was for 100% rain one of the days. Well, sure enough the forecast was true and it started raining around 3:00AM and rained the entire Saturday. The tent held up very well as far as water leaks goes. I had one little issue with a little water coming in by the door zipper. That very well could have been due to it no being closed properly, so that was not a game changer at all. The built in lighting is awesome and very adequate lighting. My little one appreciated the night light function. I was happy to see that CORE added a few hooks at the top of the tent for lantern, fans and the such. My other CORE 9 person tent did not have any. The instant set up function is always a plus, we got the the site a little late and got everything set up before night fall. When they advertise the tent as a 12 person tent, I take that as a general estimate of it's size. It was three of us and we had two full inflatable mattresses, a zero gravity chair, two small tables and plenty of space of various gear. The only caveat that I can think of is that the rain fly is a bit tricky to put on, and probably is better with two people. I would recommend this brand and this tent.
