SO NICE! I got this when there weren't many reviews at all. It's very stylish, perfect size for a small room. We have it in our office that doubles as a guest room. Have had 3 guests since purchasing, and they all have mentioned it is very comfortable to sleep. Assembly was fairly simple, took a little elbow grease and definitely a 2 person job. Please, believe me when I tell you, DO NOT BUY THIS. It is actually a piece of garbage. I cannot believe they are trying to sell this for over $300, it's worth more like $100 if that. It literally does NOT work. I had it professionally put together by my handyman, and it is SO difficult to actually pull out the ottoman. It's clunky, falls apart at the bottom when you try to pull the ottoman out, and is extremely uncomfortable. I am donating it as SOON as I find a better couch option or it will be going in the trash. ... show more

This item did not have any reviews as of March 19 2025, when I placed my order, so I was pretty nervous about spending $300. The first surprise was that it arrived 4 days earlier than expected (or at least what the Amazon system told me). The box was fairly heavy, so I had to use my office chair to roll the box up to my 5th floor. I am good with instructions and putting furniture together, so I did not have any issues during assembly; the instructions are clear enough if you double check every step. It took me about an hour to complete. The cushions are comfy. The sofa fits two people comfortably. And the bed is good enough for the price. Overall, this couch is very worth its price. I've only slept in it for two nights, so I cannot speak to how well it will hold up... But given my needs as a bachelor, it fullfils my needs in my small studio apartment! ... show more

We picked this loveseat to place inside of a space that used to be a closet. Just needed something comfy for our game room. The size is perfect and the it is actually quiet comfortable. The issue that gave it 3 stars is the way that the "pull out" part functions. It is a pain in the ass really. The small bracket that is meant to hold it in place doesn't actually hold it there so there a lot of shuffling and hassle when pulling it out. Overall not a terrible buy just wish there was more ease. Which could've been solved by a bigger bracket in a couple areas , something with more surface area to catch the wheeled piece. ... show more

After using this as a guest bed a few times it serves the purpose. My grandkids love it. Adults say it’s too hard. So I bought an egg crate mattress cover to soften it up. The mechanisms are awkward and slide off the track. But for the price it was a good value.

It took about 2 hours to put together. The couch, as a couch, is very hard and uncomfortable. The bed isn't much better and is very small. I bought this for when my girlfriend's 5 year old sleeps over but the dog seems like it. Would not recommend for adults or teenagers.

Very flimsy. Also the "back of the couch" is simply the pillows and the pillos are not sturdy or tall.... When 2 adults sit on it it doesn't feel sturdy. Laying on it is difficult as a bed due to the foot rest part is hard to put up and down and does not stay up. When sitting on that part to get out of the bed position it feels as though it will break... I wish I would have read more of the reviews then I did... :/ If I could return it I would but its to difficult to take apart and ship it back... One start for fast shipping and color being pretty ... show more
