So far it works great. I installed it myself and had no issues at all. The instructions are very clear and simple. Anyone who can turn a wrench can do this . All the necessary tools can be rented from a parts store. It will freeze us out and I have a double wide 1200 sq/ft with this 23000 btu. I am confident that it will handle the heat this summer. This is awesome. Great air quality, the heat is good so too the cooling. It’s very powerful and the noise level is very low. So for it shows that it’s durable and I will not complain about the fact that it cools and heat my entire room in minutes.

It work well, but I have to manage turn on and off because never stop the fan, and the swing left to right doesn’t work, and they say the thermostat is in the remote control but don’t work.

    • easy install, controls are iffy, but gets the job done.
unit runs quiet inside and outside, install was easy for my contractor, seems to be running efficient, just thermostat settings are stuck in C in and the range is a bit finicky but its getting the job done in some pretty extreme conditions. for the price its worth it honestly.

This unit arrived with only 6 feet of copper lines. That's about 250 300 $ extra for lines and they probably didn't fill it with freon. The quality is poor it's Chinese garbage. Don't buy this
