I let it run for a month before review. So the instructions arent perfect, but a few videos and you will figure it out. I needed to shorten 1 of the linesets, the other was perfect fit. Items needed, 1 wall mount braket, electrical disconnect and cable with fuses, the vinyl cover on the outside of the house. And most important the nyloc sealant for the flare joints. I ordered the YITAHOME 22 SEER2 18K BTU dual-zone mini split (9k + 9k). It arrived in five boxes. One of the boxes that should have contained the second indoor head unit instead contained a bookcase. The first indoor unit was already installed by my HVAC technician when we discovered the problem. Amazon would not send a replacement head and only issued a partial refund for 1/5 of the order total. YITAHOME directed me back to Amazon. Because of this, I now have an incomplete dual-zone system that cannot function as ordered. The indoor unit I did receive appears fine but that doesn’t help when the matching second head was never delivered. This was a fulfillment error, and the resolution was inadequate. Be aware that if something like this happens after installation begins, you may be left with an incomplete system and only a small partial refund ... show more

Installation was fairly easy, I would suggest getting a vacuum pump and ac manifold to vacuum line. I see a lot of people saying it stopped working properly and this is probably due to not vacuuming line.

Lo compre el 17 de mayo 2026 Se ven y se sienten muy ligeros como tipo desechables Un poco desilusionada procedimos a instalar Fue muy fácil Desde wl primer dia trabajaron excelentemente bien el motor del exterior movía muy bien sus aspas y continuo sintiéndome feliz mis dos habitaciones están frescas dia y noche sin ruido pareciera q no hay nada enfriando pero la verdad están haciendo unos calores infernales pero mi habitación está muy fría Solo hay algo q me preocupa Y es q desde el tercer dia note que la cabeza motor instalada afuera no mueve sus aspas Y no se si eso es normal o no? Aun no me explico como sus cabezales enfrían si el motor no mueve sus aspas Y bueno por eso les puse 4 estrellas Pero la verdad yo les daría 5 Espa Esperare a ver para el próximo año si continua todo vien En conclusión si los recomiendo ojalá pudieran hacerlos mas gruesos sus caparazón ... show more

My service rep ‘Vincent,’ was most excellent to handle my problem with replacement outdoor unit. I highly recommend this system.
