This is a great little system. Easy to install from start to finish. Pay close attention to the instructions during installation and you will be fine. Just finished installing this, here are some initial thoughts. A few issues I had were due to damage during shipping which the company did handle really well so good scores for support. The body of the compressor was dented in slightly so not a huge deal, and also the side cover was cracked which they are sending a replacement for. Overall the product feels lower quality than I was expecting. I've installed a few of these Amazon special mini splits and this one feels the cheapest. For example the duct putty it came with was unusable, had to buy more at home depot. The control wiring is much shorter than the piping. It had no 'thru-wall' trim which other units have included. All of the drain hoses and insulation feel very cheap. The main issue I had was that the fan blades on one of the heads was grinding against the case when I installed it. I was able to take the whole thing apart and fix it, but not something you would want to have to do on a new unit. I loosened the set screw and realigned it, definitely an assembly issue. So far its holding charge and cooling well which is most of what I care about. We'll see how well it holds up over time. ... show more
