The customer service is amazing 10 out of 10 recommended. The press is very cool The count down feature helps you keep track of your turn and rotations. I love that the moment your press opens or closes the timer stops or starts. Very good press for the price!

I've been interested in these for some time, and my daughter and I have had fun trying them out. We're using cups and mugs from the dollar store, so the learning curve isn't too painfully expensive. It is straightforward enough to use, but our results are not flawless yet. I don't know that this is the highest-quality version of this item, but, at this price point, I think it is a good deal to try at home.

This is the first time trying a mug/tumbler heat transfer hot press machine. I got this to make personal gift for friends and family and just as a fun hobby to try out. There are two molds, one for traditional mugs and a larger one for tumblers. The machine is well built and feels well made. I’m still learning to find the best settings for me but my results are getting better and better.
