This unit works really well even on some really hot days in the 100's. The ECO mode works great for maintaining the temperature after the room has been cooled, so far it hasn't been particularly expensive to run, I use it in my bedroom at night so I can't speak for the effectiveness in a large room, but for a bedroom this the cheapest and most efficient way to keep the room comfortable in the summer. I haven't tried out the heater yet, but that'll be in an update in the future. The unit is very quiet, you can barely tell it's on, the mute setting is probably not the most efficient setting but it does keep the room around 3 degrees of the set temperature late at night and it doesn't make the room drafty. The only qualm with this unit is the blower doesn't shut off after the set temperature is reached and it sometimes gets a lot colder than the set temperature, I had it set to 65 and it got down to 51 one night, I don't know why that happened, but on the ECO mode it seems to stay within the set temperature range until I turn it off. The app works great and is very easy to use, there's a setting to purify the air and it seems to work, although there's some debate on the potential dangers of being in an enclosed room while it's set, due to some ozone being produced. There's also some timer settings and a sleep mode that allows for the temperature to be gradually changed throughout the night until it turns off. The unit was very easy to install, the hardest part is making a hole in the wall and bending the lines, everything is very basic. You will need some extra things to install it. I bought a whip to run power to the main unit directly from the breaker box and a pull out disconnect. I used a vacuum pump to vacuum out the lines and check for leaks, I used Nylog on the fittings, I highly recommend it, I had no leaks whatsoever, overall it's very easy to install and can be done in 2-3 hours depending on what your walls are made of and the distance you have to run the lines.

Customer service is fantastic. We bought a pre-filled refrigerant, 12000 btu mini split through Amazon from Yitahome. Everything worked when I set it up, except no cool or heat and no error codes. I sent Customer service pictures and information of what I did and they ended up sending me a new unit and it had cool air for about 5 minutes. Once R32 refrigerant was put in it, the unit worked great. Customer service did their best to make sure I was satisfied, which I very much am satisfied. Thank you for your patience and time.

I should give them 5 starts but first that installation instructions dont help they should do more help on instructions dyf and wore installation should be explained too not help much you have to have a little more knowledge about installing one of this , this was my second one so i already knew what to do so you will need some one to help you if you dint know what you doing but so far is working nice and cooling im ready for this somer , so i do not pump this my self but you need to. i call a professional pump will cost me $150 dls and a professional only charge me 60 bucks so pretty simple just to pump it and make it sure i dint have leaks and you good to use it , but they need better instructions!!!!!! Oh by the way and more tape that wasn’t enough one more thing ground support they for got to send it plus screws for wall mount 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

The customer service is terrible. I installed the unit with no problem and everything worked fine in the heating mode. When the weather warmed I turned it to a/c mode and it cools just fine, however, the unit continuously runs after achieving the desired room temperature. I tried to contact the company by the listed phone number and the call could not be connected. I started a chat with the company and got a run around. They asked me what I wanted them to do about it, and I responded tell me how to fix it. They said that they would get back to me.

Fairly easy to install, I still have to make it look pretty, but it’s currently 99 degrees Fahrenheit and the cooling seems to work great. I’ll come back to this comment. If anything changes I’m hoping this thing at least last three years, but we’ll see.

Great product for the price!! This split air replaced a window unit and we are very satisfied with this product. We use this in a 1 bed 1 bath small house. I recommend this product. We still haven't figured out the auto shut off and on mode but it comes with a remote control for easy operation.

Wow. I replaced an older mini split with this one. I've yet to see this use more than 600 watts in cooling mode, which is phenomenal for a one ton unit. Wouldn't hesitate to buy this brand again. I've only owned it for a few months but have had zero problems.

This heat pump is very productive and this is the best I have ever seen among mini split systems! Even very expensive Mitsubishi and Fujitsu cannot even come close to this cheap Chinese heat pump, since they have much better characteristics and more power compared to exactly the same Japanese models that are much more expensive. Such hot air during heating is not in any heat pump that has been produced to this day. The Chinese are very quickly introducing new technologies and innovations (new freon R32, Wi-Fi online control and the quality has become much better than that of recently popular brands that are lagging behind in technology and are slowly adapting to progress. I definitely recommend these heat pumps! It is better to buy 5 of these heat pumps instead of the same Fujitsu, which you will buy one for the price of these Chinese super productive and high-quality 5 pieces or more.
