No service no support junk unit
Should be 0 stars. I ordered this for an addition to my home. All installation procedures were done to their specifications. I installed it and it would not turn on. I emailed support and they asked questions on the installation, but provided no resolution. Now they are offering less than 20% of what I paid for the unit. No support, no solutions, just questions and a a poor settlement offer. ... show more

A little more than just a diy
Although there were no clear directions I did find a video online. I am giving 4 stars for the seller not the product. I called the support numbers and the lines were out of service had it not been for the YouTube video I would have sent this back for as a diy project you have to have good common sense and the ability to search the web for help. The lack of a wall template for the head unit installation the video showed me tips and tricks to get it aligned correctly. In the electrical it was not clear for a novis as they advertise and luckily they had the wires labels and the connections were labeled 123 as well. Got the unit installed connected and it’s heating great. I like the unit but if you don’t have the ability to research the installation you’ll probably want to throw up your hands and send this unit back. ... show more

Seems like a good protect after day 1. Will update if needed
Installed today but will update later if product doesn't last.. install was easy but time consuming. You need to purchase a vacuum pump for installation. A/c was cold. Heat takes about 5 minutes to start blowing but was hot.

Doesn't Heat.
Took a while to get a response from customer support. Months into it I cannot recommend this unit. We have a unit that does not work in hot or cold. I will update this review if I ever get a resolution.
