This is my second yitahome mini split. Installed the first one about 6 weeks ago. It is working great. Just finished up this one and it too is working great. The instructions are a bit lacking, but there are plenty of videos out there. First one took me about 4 hours. Second one about 2.5 hours. Recommend buying or borrowing a vacuum pump. I used nylog thread sealer on the lineset connections and coiled up the extra horizontally under the outside unit. The wifi is a bit confusing, but we got it working too. I would like to give a 4.5 star review for the instructions. Otherwise it is fine. ... show more

Unbelievably quiet. Can barely tell it’s running outside. Zero vibration. I have a 1,000 ft garage and the ceiling is not insulated it cools and heats it no problem. Pretty easy to install just take your time helps to have a second set of hands. Functions great so far. Seems to be well built. Fan can reach quite far. Highly recommend using professional electrician for above 120v versions. ... show more

If I can gave zero stars, I would. This product has not worked since I received it. I have reached out to the manufacturer., I still have a one you’re warranty with them, yet they refused to help. I have left several emails, and when I call it doesn’t go through. I spent a lot of money on this product for it Not to work or get help. Avoid this company, and this product at all costs. Using in a converted single car garage. I have had it through a winter and heading into summer. Nice and quiet. Had a little trouble keeping up when temps were in the teens for a week. Had to reset a couple of times for stopping. All in all, I would buy it again

I replaced my wall AC with this mini split. This system is so quiet that I can easily have it on while sleeping. I am running it of a 15 A circuit without any issues. My bedroom is large and has vaulted ceilings with an open bathroom. I am facing west and get full sun but this small AC cools my room down in minutes. Works great! The instructions for installation were not good but there's some good youtube videos that walked us through. It wasn't terribly hard- got it done in a few hours. I'm looking for some instructions for the remote now which is frustrating, but I'm still giving 5 stars because it works better than our much more expensive Pioneer minisplit! ... show more
