Using in a converted single car garage. I have had it through a winter and heading into summer. Nice and quiet. Had a little trouble keeping up when temps were in the teens for a week. Had to reset a couple of times for stopping. All in all, I would buy it again

I bought this product - 12,000 BTU, 115V in January and took my time installing it. I would break it up into 2 parts. Install your electric FIRST. Make 100% certain the 20 amp switch is working before you proceed with the installation guide. The installation guide is very helpful. TAKE YOUR TIME, read the instructions (even sleep on it if you aren't certain) before you proceed with each step. There aren't very many steps to this installation. ***One thing the instructions or product information isn't clear about is that this unit most likely WILL NOT REQUIRE ADDITIONAL REFRIGERANT. They disclose this on their website, but not here on Amazon. If you use the 16ft copper refrigerant lines that come with the product, no refrigerant is needed. ... show more
