    • Had to drill holes as holes were off had to purchase additional hardware top panel scrunched

There was a whole panel that they had placed the holes and plastic locks a good inch higher than they were supposed to be so they didn't line up proper. We had to remove the plastic locks and make our own holes and place the plastic locks in the new slots. Also the bolts they gave us for the handles weren't long enough. They were flush with the wood not even long enough to screw into the handles... The box was completely scrunched and ripped that it came in. Unsure if it left facility like that or happened during shipping process. Over all they did pack it well with thick Styrofoam, but the top piece (of course couldn't have been the bottom) had the top right back corner crumpled, even the lament was crumpled. They also choose the top to place a big sticker on. I used vinegar to remove it and although not sticky you can still see the rectangle where it was at. Thankfully my reptile enclosure will cover that, but still you pay a decent amount of money to get a scrunched top and you have to redrill holes that were incorrectly placed as well as purchase more hardware from the home Depot to be able to attach the door handles. Holds didn't all line up. Part 20, the bar that the shelf screws into had one hole going one way and the other hole was going the other was. We were only able to attach one screw to part 20.
