I bought the 12x20 Wood Grain look. I love how it looks and the quality of the materials is great. It is very sturdy. Although there were some stuff that has some dent because of the shipping but it was not a big deal for me as I was able to mend it easily. The screens at the top were glued together but it held up the screens well with no problem. It is not an easy job to assemble it but it's way better than buying and cutting wood and building it yourself. Overall, I highly recommend this product.

I waited a year to rate this gazebo on purpose. When considering which gazebo to buy, I would have benefited greatly from the information I now have. The 3 boxes were delivered on two different days, and I spent several hours identifying each and every part listed and watching customer assembly videos online, which were helpful. I labeled disposable cups and separated all the nuts, bolts, screws, small parts. Two of the roof panels were missing so I emailed customer service to get them replaced, which I learned was not easy to do since the seller didn’t know which of the 3 boxes should have contained the pieces. Instead of sending the pieces, they had to re-send the entire gazebo!!! So, I gifted my handyman the extra gazebo once he assured me he could improvise a solution for the 2 missing roof panels. I am a 52 yo Mom, and my 3 sons were more than enough help to put it together- it was assembled for about a week with the missing roof panels while we waited for the replacements to be delivered. I had my handyman anchor the gazebo to four concrete pillars he created since that was above my experience. I also had an electrician install outdoor grade outlet boxes so I could add lights and ceiling fans. The gazebo has performed admirably since day one, and now I can BBQ rain or shine. Here in southeast TX we have lots of storms, and it has not failed us even through Hurricane Beryl. The metal roof does get very hot in the direct midday sun, and that heat is felt underneath, so that needs to be considered. One very very big win is the double-top design which did EXACTLY what it was supposed to. I was originally more concerned with preventing smoke accumulation but I was also very worried my beautiful gazebo would be picked up by the hurricane winds or the roof would peel away but it stood strong!!! I noticed the curtains are starting to fade a little due to the Texas sun and I will probably try to replace them at some point-I will update once I take on that task. I hope it won’t be too much trouble. Overall I would buy it again without hesitation.

Easy to build, great to hang out in! The price was spot on. The only problem is the zippers, a slight wind comes along and the zippers open and the zipper heads come off and can’t be found. I can’t find any where to replacement zipper heads.

I bought this item hoping for a easy assembly and steadiness,both were missing.when the contractor was putting the pergola together he kept on saying that some screw were missing ,roof cover has a dent as well the mosquito screen which has glue to stick melted and the package was completely ruined.

Awesome product for the price. Had a damaged piece but the seller quickly responded and made it right. It’s a challenge to put together and the guide could use some improvement but overall this thing is fantastic.

It looks great, was fairly easy to install with a helper (two helpers would be better) Installing the roof support takes a minimum of two people. Lay it out by the numbers/letters it goes a lot easier and look at the pictures in the book. We had a storm right after the install and it never moved. Mounted it to a wooden deck, it only comes with concrete anchors (one was missing) Would be great if you could mount some kind of gutter system

The media could not be loaded. All I can say about this gazebo is gorgeous. I love wood looking frames without a real wood . It’s matching my new deck. Customer service was good too. There are few YouTube tutorials was so helpful assembling.

The reviews are accurate. Worth it when up, but that took some effort. We were sent a second gazebo to replace a few broken parts from and directed to send that gazebo back. That gazebo arrived in damaged boxes. Anyways, we would do it again. Absolutely better than the pictures show. Absolutely hard to put the roof on.
