The gazebo arrived in 3 heavy boxes, but very well packed with wooden linings, braced with steel, lots of styrofoam and each piece individually wrapped. There was no damage whatsoever. I am very impressed with the engineering and design. The metal is heavy with what looks like a handsome lasting finish (powder coated?) Each part is labeled, and all of the bolts, screws, etc. were well-organized and labeled, packed in a fabric drawstring bag. The massive number of pieces was daunting at first, but the instruction booklet--all drawings--was logical and very helpful. Some details were printed too lightly and difficult to see. During assembly I found that 8 holes were not drilled in the cross beams. Dimples were there, but not the holes. I had to buy a metal bit and drill my own holes. I reported the problem to the manufacturer and they very quickly offered a generous partial refund. The gazebo is sturdy and beautiful. The fabric curtains and screens seem to be heavy-duty. It looks like it would have cost significantly more than the asking price. Time will tell, of course, how well it weathers. ... show more

This gazebo is sturdier than I expected for the price to be honest. It did arrive with a few dents and scratches and a broken piece. I documented them, contacted the seller, got a generous partial refund, and then fixed what I could to start with assembly. They won't offer replacement parts because I guess the seller doesn't have access to the manufacturer. The time I took to assemble was tok spread out over weeks of waiting on help and electric etc etc that I can't give a build time estimate. There was no part of it we couldn't do with two people, but my roommate did have to dangle at the top of my tallest ladder and work kinda hard to slide some of the roof panels into place. I had to be on the underside feeding plastic spacers in so we could set screws. I would not have been able to build it by myself for sure. It stays pretty dry underneath of the canopy. The roof does a good job to redirect the water through the edges on the roof into the columns like gutters so there's not really a wall of water either except we're my house doesnt have gutters. It does make me a bit concerned for the columns, I expect them to rust out and cause it to lose structural integrity eventually. Hopefully I'll get 8-10 years out of it before it needs replaced. It looks really good sitting on my stepping stone porch. I'm really proud of the whole setup from what used to just be unlevel mess of grass out the back door.     • Sturdy but directions are difficult
We are still in the process of setting it up. The frame was easy-ish. The directions are really just pictures and you have to interpret them to determine how the pieces fit together. And there is a lot that absolutely takes 2 people to hold things in place while one attaches. The roof is a nightmare. Again the photos are not real clear and the last step for the roof is literally a picture of the roof all together. All in all it is really pretty and seems sturdy. We got it to replace the canvas top gazebo we had because we hated taking it down every winter. It likely won't snow a lot this spring so I will update when we get to next winter and see how it does in the snow. ... show more

The set up was fairly easy for two people, It took us 12 hours and all of the parts were well organized and labeled which helped. The only critique is that the instructions were a little hard to follow at times, and the metal is slightly thinner than I thought. But over all good quality!

The Gazebo came in three boxes, I paid a installer $450. 00 to put together with minimal help from. All the parts were there and fit perfectly. We took two days to get it finished. It looks great and it is strong and sturdy, not to mention the price was outstanding, 👏.

The product is very durable and looks great. Did have a minor setback and was missing a few pieces. The guys (more specifically - Vincent, Minghua, Hong and Rex) were awesome in shipping them and keeping us informed on the status of the delivery so we didn't miss a beat in building it. The delay was a welcome break because it does take a lot of time for assembly!! Should also come with a warning - requires a strong marriage to assemble!! ... show more

Its all you say. time to construct about 8 hours X two people. use three people is great for some extra help at times. WE have not yet used it, looking forward to using it. All parts in box. Box was in great shape when it come to our house. Hope to enjoy in summer.
