My order still says "package delayed", but it has been set up in my back yard for 2 weeks. The tracking was horrible. It was fairly easy to assemble, but did require minimum of 3 people to stand it up and get the base part connected so it would stand on it's own. Some of the pieces did have some damage (dents and scratches), but we could work around it and get it assembled. Definitely leave the screws loose and tighten at the end so it's easier to get everything lined up and all the parts/ hardware fitting, then go around and tighten. I still have 2 roof panels that the hole to attach it to the frame at the top just will not line up. I read a lot of the reviews before my purchase, and they were all basically the same with the comments of dents or scratches, and maybe it depends on what size you buy as to what kind of hardware you get with it. One comment said almost all the hardware required a 4mm allen head, so I bought some long reach allen head bits to use with either my ratchet driver or in my power driver. When I got it, all the hardware was hex heads, some with phillips head option in them requiring either a 10mm socket or a #1 phillips bit. Now I have bits I don't really need. I don't like the cheap "tools" that come with stuff for assembly. Ratchet and power driver is so much faster. All that being said, the gazebo looks great and is very sturdy. I chose to secure it by cementing the legs into BIG flower pots with 2 50lb bags cement each. It's not going anywhere in a storm, and if I had to take it apart to move it I still could. That was just my choice, but it does come with hardware to secure it to a deck or otherwise. I will enjoy this for a very long time.

Very good and sturdy product. Allen key stayed in shape for all assembly and no screws warped. That tells the quality of components. Got ample spares. Metal sheet edge protectors were plastic, so comparatively better than metal ones from other brands, for assembly. No paint peeling off in any metal surface. One tiny compliant is, part numbers on items were little hard to find during assembly. So, i re-stickered all packs in one shot. Then it was breeze. Just generic instruction- if you see any misalignment of screw hole in roof part, do not force. Loosen the tightened screws in the frame and it will auto align. I had to place gazebo on paver patio, which has gravel underneath. So, made up some planter like cubes and filled with rocks, stones and marble chips. Ultimately the strength of the grounding is on 1/8th plate that is contacting the ground. Any amount of stake or screw cannot surpass that. So, these planters hugging the legs with weight for more surface area should be enough to hold. Of course i did stake 2 legs with one each for horizontal stability. Now, this is looking great. Thanks to other users who gave suggestions. It is really worth the money for a good shade.

This product is a good value for the money. It’s well packaged and arrived in good shape, except for a few minor dings and couple of slightly bent corners of roof panels. I was surprised that the corner posts are triangular instead of square , but ok. It seems sturdy enough. The pieces fit well with a couple of minor exceptions. There are some plastic clips that snap over the edges of some of the roof panels and slide into a track, which don’t stay in place very well and would often pop off during installation, leading to routinely having to stop and retrieve them. The second difficult pieces are the corner end caps that finish off the trim on each corner. It was challenging lining up all the holes and getting the bolt to align and catch at just the right angle to get it started. Perhaps a bit longer bolt might help. This is definitely a 2 man job, though my neighbor was not able to help me during every phase, so I ended up devising a method of installing the roof panels myself to complete it. I definitely recommend a helper. You will save a LOT of time and frustration, not to mention climbing up and down ladders. Also it only comes with only 4 side clips that cover the junctions of the side trim pieces, which I mistakenly installed on the upper cupola part of the roof rather than on the lower roof. I chose not to climb up and remove them; instead will contact the company to hopefully send me 4 more. It seems there should be 8 instead of 4 to complete the trim. All in all I’m very pleased with the look, value and quality for the money of this item and would recommend it.

I should have ordered this years ago. I had 4 different makes of them in my cart until I decided on the Yitahome. We ordered the 12 x 18 and it just fits perfectly on my patio. Most builders wanted $600+ to install it so we decided to do it ourselves. We started during the heat wave so we took a few days off. The instructions can get a little confusing at times so make sure you go over it before you do something. It took 4 of us to get the frames 6 legs up. From there it was mostly two of us at times. Two times a hole didnt 100% line up but you figure out how to make it work. The most time consuming part was the plastic wrap on each roof panel. lol. It was a pain to peel it off. All of the videos I found online of this Yitahome gazebo seemed to have a different roof frame. I'm guessing this a newer design? Now that its up we love it. We also put a 20" Harbor Freeze fan with a remote, on the center hook. Now to find some nice dim lights for the inside. To walk under it, it clears about 6'4"
