Overall, the product is really nice and looks very pretty. However, I would advise to get it installed by professionals and be prepared to pay more or less the same price for installation as the product. It took two days for two people to complete the installation and I'm talking about professionals. Once its up, it looks really nice and quality is also good so far. We'll find out more once winter hits.

First and foremost this item comes from China. Still I am very satisfied with the fit and finish of this Gazabo. The designer put a lot of thought into this unit. This took my wife and I the better part of three days to assemble. We took our time and didn't try to rush the project. The gazabo is shipped in three boxes. The individual parts are foam wrapped . All of my pieces and parts came unmarred with no damage. If you sort and layout the item in boxes 1 & 2 it makes the assembly move along smoothly. The directions are not that bad, but you need to pay attention to the orientation of the pieces. Which side go up or down, left or right. There are a lot of different lengths of bolts. Be sure to use the correct bolt in the correct place. Finally the third box contains the roofing materials. You are cautioned to not tighten the bolts until all the pieces are in place. If you don't do anything do that. It will save you a lot of frustration. I a seventy-three year man and his wife can assemble this gazabo, then so can you.

Nice product. You will need assistance to put this together. Take your time. We had several soft tops which never lasted very long in our FL heat, so hoping this will last a long time. Real sturdy. If you are real tall (son is 6'-7") might need to raise the legs a bit since it is not that tall around the edges.

This is beautiful. Everything was packed well, there were no issues with any of the pieces being damaged. Assembly was quite intensive. It took my husband and I about 9 hours total, and he is pretty handy. Definitely need at least two people and two tall ladders. Make sure you put the correct curtain hooks in place because once you get it up there is NO way to add/remove them. Not sure what will happen if they break. The hardest part about assembly was the panels sliding when trying to get them up, we ended up screwing up them in one by one. Overall extremely happy with this, we will see how it holds up to the seasons.

The gazebo looks great and actually fit together fairly well. Don't tighten anything fully until you're done. I had to loosen several steps to get it to fit together really well. Take the money you save on this gazebo and use it to get your engineering degree as you will need it with the terrible instructions. I would have given a 5 star review if it weren't for the instructions but the item itself is good and looks great. I added some lights and fans and it's super cozy.

Item came as promised. Two of the three boxes are in pretty bad shape which makes me concerned for the pieces inside. As we are going to erect it this weekend, I'll follow up on this review on the condition, ease or difficulty of putting it together.
