I was honestly a bit concerned when I purchased this gazebo without seeing the it in person to observe the quality of construction. I was fearful that it would be "flimsy" and I was pleasantly surprised at the how sturdy it was once assembled. The instructions could be improved upon slightly but we were able to figure it out. It helped to be mindful of what next steps might be impacted by tightening everything as you go. Some of the holes in the roof panels did not line up because we had tightened bracing/brackets in previous steps. Once we figured how how previous steps impacted the steps we were on, we were able to adjust our process and move pretty quickly. We installed this on a deck that is roughly 7 feet above the ground level and some of our challenges were because of our chosen location and lack of clear access around the perimeter. However, we managed to get it installed and that should not reflect poorly on this product since we would have had the same issue with any gazebo. This has finally allowed us to actually use our deck without being beaten down by the sun and given us an entire new area of outdoor space to live in and enjoy our home. Extremely satisfied with this choice!

It took my husband and I 3 days to put it together in the Texas 100 degree weather. We got the Allen wrench adapter for our drill which helped. The parts were labeled and organized well. The instructions and steps pretty simple. Everything was pretty easy until we got to the part where you put the roof shingles on. The instructions were not as clear and it was tricky to figure out and maneuver the pieces as we had to line up the holes whilst overlapping the shingles and trying to keep them from slipping off at the same time. One thing we didn’t consider was the height of the lowest post of the slop of the roof in relation to our patio door. There’s a chance if we have a really tall friend walk though there he might hit his head. We moved the gazebo about 8 inches from the door. Once you step down for the patio door you should have enough clearance. We should have thought that part through before we ordered it. But overall for the price the quality is decent and I love having the shade. I would say it’s a good value.

I purchased this 12’ x 20’ Gazebo for my patio deck. Ordering through Amazon was very easy and convenient. The product was delivered on time within a week and packaged in (5) boxes which are very heavy so, make certain you have a friend to assist with bringing these boxes to where you plan to build. Keep the friend with you to build the Gazebo also because it’s definitely a 2-person job. While the instruction videos say it can be built in 3-4 hours, plan on a lot more time!! It took 3-hours alone just to build the frame and another day and a half to secure the roof panels on. We got to the very last two panels and realized we were short (4) 2” 1/4-20 screws with Cap Nuts. I tried to order new / replacement hardware from the manufacture but, they DO NOT supply replacement parts. The quality it very good although some care is required in building because the powder coated paint can scratch. Once built, the structure is very sturdy and can be enjoyed for many seasons. While I like and recommend the product, you need to consider if you plan to build it yourself or, hire a couple Handy-People to put it together for you. I suggest hiring, even if it costs an extra $500. Hope this helps.

This gazebo is excellent. For its price point it’s well made and getting screens and curtains make it an even greater value. I needed a place to grill out of the sun and rain and this works perfectly. It took me most of the day to assemble, I only need help initially standing up the frame & at the end to tighten the roof panels. It’s sturdy and pretty wind resistant when anchored down. Save your hands and get some tee handle Allen wrenches, it will make it easier. I had no issues with fit, I left much of the roof frame loose until all the roof panels were up then tightened it all at the end. This Is a great gazebo.
