This company is wonderful to work with! FedEx made an absolute mess of the delivery of the gazebo, when they finally delivered the last box with the posts a week late, the box was all damaged and two of the posts were bent. I called the gazebo company and sent them pictures of the damage caused by FedEx and they immediately shipped out replacements the next day. This time FedEx delivered on time, only because I made reports of the problems with the original delivery. I highly recommend this gazebo, it is beautiful. My husband, who is very mechanical, and I put this up in one day, a very loooong day. Just take your time and study the instructions and you will do fine assembling it. ... show more

I bought this during Prime Day sale. The box arrived with a hole in it, so some pieces were bent up. All the pieces were packaged well, so damage was minimal. I requested a replacement piece, but haven't heard back about it. It took 2 of us about 12 hrs to assemble and anchor to concrete. There was NO VIDEO link or reference to any video, and we were unable to find a video for this style of gazebo. We were able to figure it out, but you'll have to a little engineering attitude. TIP: Don't tighten everything as you go. Make sure all the pieces in the step have some give as you go. You can tighten up stuff after each step's pieces are all in place. We did have to straighten a couple pieces that had gotten bent, but it wasn't a lot and it all came together really well in the end. I haven't hung the curtains and netting yet. Right after we completed it, we were hit with Mother Nature's inspection of our work with heavy rain, gusting winds, and hail ranging from peas to golf balls. It barely shook. We were wanting some shade on our back deck and ordered this hard top gazebo. It was fairly easy to put together. My husband did most of it, I helped when he needed it. The gazebo is attractive and looks great on the deck. So nice that it comes with curtains and netting. We do get seasonal thunderstorms and high winds this time of year and the gazebo has held up very well to the wind (we have it bolted to the deck). Very happy with our purchase! ... show more

We thought we would need help, but we didn’t. The two of us were able to follow the good instructions, and, with the right ladders at our disposal, we rocked it. It took us many hours, and we took our time, spreading it over three days because it was too hot to work in the afternoons. We would recommend that the company include two sets of gloves, because those really helped when putting up the top pieces. This gazebo has added so much to our backyard. ... show more

    • Good product, assembly was not easy

So far, we have really enjoyed our gazebo. We read lots of reviews to make sure the product was worth the money. It seems to be good quality but the assembly took WAY longer than expected. Some of the parts did not fit correctly and had to be cut to fit. If it weren’t for my father who is an expert carpenter we would have struggled big time. The instructions were easy to follow, however, some of the steps required leaving pieces that were not secured and they were falling off as we were working our way around the gazebo. We had to bypass some steps to secure the pieces because we didn’t want the shades to be destroyed as they fell. Some of the metal rods bent when they fell and we had to reshape. The curtains were the last thing to install and the pre-constructed parts didn’t leave room to attach them so we had to pry open the grooves to fit the curtain hooks which left the parts damaged. The curtains covered the damaged parts though. I’m sure we’ll have much more enjoyment now that’s it’s constructed but the process was not easy and required more skill and tools than represented. The UV panels were not as expected, but they work great. They seemed thin and more like cardboard when we pulled them out of the box, but they provide great shade. Sliding them in the grooves to fit perfectly was another challenge. ... show more
