I like that it seems to be built good and heavy duty. Material seems heavy duty, not thin and cheap. There were no missing parts or damage. We didn’t need to drill any new holes. It was not easy to put together but worth the time and effort. It took 4 of us about 5 hours to put together. We had two ladders and battery operated drill with socket.

The gazebo arrived in 3 heavy boxes, but very well packed with wooden linings, braced with steel, lots of styrofoam and each piece individually wrapped. There was no damage whatsoever. I am very impressed with the engineering and design. The metal is heavy with what looks like a handsome lasting finish (powder coated?) Each part is labeled, and all of the bolts, screws, etc. were well-organized and labeled, packed in a fabric drawstring bag. The massive number of pieces was daunting at first, but the instruction booklet--all drawings--was logical and very helpful. Some details were printed too lightly and difficult to see. During assembly I found that 8 holes were not drilled in the cross beams. Dimples were there, but not the holes. I had to buy a metal bit and drill my own holes. I reported the problem to the manufacturer and they very quickly offered a generous partial refund. The gazebo is sturdy and beautiful. The fabric curtains and screens seem to be heavy-duty. It looks like it would have cost significantly more than the asking price. Time will tell, of course, how well it weathers.

We are still in the process of setting it up. The frame was easy-ish. The directions are really just pictures and you have to interpret them to determine how the pieces fit together. And there is a lot that absolutely takes 2 people to hold things in place while one attaches. The roof is a nightmare. Again the photos are not real clear and the last step for the roof is literally a picture of the roof all together. All in all it is really pretty and seems sturdy. We got it to replace the canvas top gazebo we had because we hated taking it down every winter. It likely won't snow a lot this spring so I will update when we get to next winter and see how it does in the snow.

We are extremely happy with this gazebo! we purchased the 10 x 10 gazebo in bronze color. It seems to be incredibly sturdy, the finish on the metal is beautiful, almost perfectly matches our existing patio set. A lot of the reviews that we read talked about the construction. It took my son-in-law and I about 6 1/2 to 7 hours to put this up. To be fair, him and I put one up last year too, different brand, but very similar construction. You really have to lay out the parts and be organized and follow the instructions paying close attention to the orientation of the parts, especially hole locations and orientation. When it comes to the assembly, I have two tips that were not included in any of the instructions from this set or the previous set. The first thing is leave all the roof supports a little bit loose until after you have the roof panels on. Second when you’re putting the roof panels in place, have about six extra Phillips screwdrivers and put them in the holes of the roof panels and support beams to hold panels in place while you’re inserting the screws in the empty holes. That last step was the most handy step ever, it keeps the panels from sliding off while you’re trying to assemble them and also helps you shift things around to get them lined up perfectly before you start tightening screws. Follow those two steps and you’ll have a much happier outcome! We absolutely love the new gazebo. If there was just one drawback it would be the color of the curtains were not exactly what we expected. We haven’t decided if we’re just gonna leave them off or try to purchase some that match our existing umbrella that is also on the deck. If you’re shopping for gazebos, I highly recommend this brand!

I love the product but I misunderstood when they said grey or brown it was just the curtains. The frame is brownish black and I wanted grey. Also you need as least 2 people to build as the instructions mentioned. It is definitely NOT a one person job. The instructions to build were a bit confusing especially for the roof panels. I would of loved a video of this exact product from the manufacturer. I had to google so many different you tube videos of similar gazebos to find a strategy to make the roof panels fit and easier. But once it was built it looks beautiful and I am looking forward to using it. I just need to see about the rain and how it drains/and or protects my furniture inside.
