We love this gazebo. Came in 3 boxes, and we'll packed. We watched a video on how to build it. We separated the pieces and UT the hardware into jars we had saved. It took 4 of us about 6 hrs to build, but we took our time. It was very easy to build and love the corrugated roofing. It is tinted so we get some light without full sun. Has 3 hooks to hang lights and any other items you would like. We installed an outdoor fan with led light that plugs in to an outlet. Fan did not come with item. We did anchor it down to deck and the next day we had wind gust of 40 mph and it held up great. It rained and we pulled the curtains closed and had very little water come in from the dome, that is open for the breeze to come through. We would recommend this item. We just Love it. Now we will be able to enjoy our deck during the summer and fall. ... show more

The ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS TELL YOU THIS IS TEMPORARY STRUCTURE! TAKE DOWN IN THE WIND AND RAIN! There is nothing about how inadequate a structure! Pieces are bent when delivered. Obviously in the factory. And be absolutely warmed that it will cost close to double the shipping cost of $200. To send this back!! Basically there is no protection under this unit from anything. Very limited sun shade, no rain protection and don’t get near this thing in the wind!! I’ve got this P. O. S. and now I don’t know what to do with it!! You want it?, come get it.🤨 ... show more

Got ours this week and my wife and I put it up in about 6 hours. Looks like she will get it in the divorce. Just kidding! It went well. Was impressed by the engineering, the fit and finish. And the overall sturdiness of the completed structure. The instructions were good but somewhat out of sequence as noted in other comments. I would advise completing each section of the roof, top to bottom. When placing the panels, secure them with something, otherwise they will fall out. We used painters tape, keeping it in place until the finish trim piece was ready to be installed. We also used the tape to distinguish the inside (or outside, just be consistent) of the roof panels, placing a small piece on as the film was removed. We had to go out of town about as soon as we completed this task so have no other experience including if it keeps the rain out. But we are happy with the purchase upon construction completion and feel it will add greatly to our outdoor living for years to come, spring, summer and fall. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We wanted to upgrade our 10X10 soft top gazebo with a 10x12 hard top. What first drawn me to this gazebo specifically was that it had a translucent roof to allow UV protection while also allowing sun to shine through. First box with the roof tiles came pretty quickly, and the second box came about a week later. We wound up getting lucky having all of the parts considering the other reviews I read where it said people were missing parts so I’m thankful for that, however some of the pieces of roof framing were bent and we had to use pliers to correct it in order for the roof tiles to fit correctly. It took about a whole day to put together and we needed a third person for some parts of it. The assembly process is clearly not reasonable for that of a portable structure and even if was there is no way the roof panels would survive more than a few assemblies…the metal is so flimsy to be taken down and put back up. They also do not mention in the product description that is it a temporary structure and that it is not meant for shelter from weather except for sunlight, and to keep bugs out. We unexpectedly got a rain storm hours after assembly and when we inspected the roof this morning it looked like it did pretty well but we noticed water leaking between the top of the lower panel around the roof tile framing…this entire thing is completely misleading and for the price, shipping costs, damaged pieces, leaking roof, and a whole day to assemble, I don’t know that it was worth it….and we don’t know if it would be easy to even send it back…or what that would cost. I’m also nervous it’s just not going to hold up to Marylands weather…I will give it to them the screens and curtains are decent quality and the screen for the vent fits very well, it feels like it would keep the bugs out. However when the screen is on the vent you are unable to use the roof hooks. ... show more

    • Good product, assembly was not easy

So far, we have really enjoyed our gazebo. We read lots of reviews to make sure the product was worth the money. It seems to be good quality but the assembly took WAY longer than expected. Some of the parts did not fit correctly and had to be cut to fit. If it weren’t for my father who is an expert carpenter we would have struggled big time. The instructions were easy to follow, however, some of the steps required leaving pieces that were not secured and they were falling off as we were working our way around the gazebo. We had to bypass some steps to secure the pieces because we didn’t want the shades to be destroyed as they fell. Some of the metal rods bent when they fell and we had to reshape. The curtains were the last thing to install and the pre-constructed parts didn’t leave room to attach them so we had to pry open the grooves to fit the curtain hooks which left the parts damaged. The curtains covered the damaged parts though. I’m sure we’ll have much more enjoyment now that’s it’s constructed but the process was not easy and required more skill and tools than represented. The UV panels were not as expected, but they work great. They seemed thin and more like cardboard when we pulled them out of the box, but they provide great shade. Sliding them in the grooves to fit perfectly was another challenge. ... show more

Overall very impressed, every component fit perfectly. All fasteners lined up with their anchoring. All roof panels were cut exact. The engineering was impressive considering the amount of components involved. My wife and I assembled this gazebo and found it a reasonable challenge with great reward.
