Got ours this week and my wife and I put it up in about 6 hours. Looks like she will get it in the divorce. Just kidding! It went well. Was impressed by the engineering, the fit and finish. And the overall sturdiness of the completed structure. The instructions were good but somewhat out of sequence as noted in other comments. I would advise completing each section of the roof, top to bottom. When placing the panels, secure them with something, otherwise they will fall out. We used painters tape, keeping it in place until the finish trim piece was ready to be installed. We also used the tape to distinguish the inside (or outside, just be consistent) of the roof panels, placing a small piece on as the film was removed. We had to go out of town about as soon as we completed this task so have no other experience including if it keeps the rain out. But we are happy with the purchase upon construction completion and feel it will add greatly to our outdoor living for years to come, spring, summer and fall.

Some of the reviews will make you say I don’t want it or make you question if you do want it. Let me say this all of my pieces arrived together on time. As another customer stated it came in 3 separate boxes. The directions weren’t good but one person put my gazebo up. There is one time where you will need help, one person maybe two, that’s to connect the top of the frame, and four people to move it if you like. One on each leg. No rain can get inside of it through the roof. It’s definitely worth the money. It’s sturdy, and the curtains aren’t a hard material. I absolutely love this. 10/10 I do recommend. Oh and there are videos out there to watch to put it together.

The ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS TELL YOU THIS IS TEMPORARY STRUCTURE! TAKE DOWN IN THE WIND AND RAIN! There is nothing about how inadequate a structure! Pieces are bent when delivered. Obviously in the factory. And be absolutely warmed that it will cost close to double the shipping cost of $200. To send this back!! Basically there is no protection under this unit from anything. Very limited sun shade, no rain protection and don’t get near this thing in the wind!! I’ve got this P. O. S. and now I don’t know what to do with it!! You want it?, come get it.🤨

So far, we have really enjoyed our gazebo. We read lots of reviews to make sure the product was worth the money. It seems to be good quality but the assembly took WAY longer than expected. Some of the parts did not fit correctly and had to be cut to fit. If it weren’t for my father who is an expert carpenter we would have struggled big time. The instructions were easy to follow, however, some of the steps required leaving pieces that were not secured and they were falling off as we were working our way around the gazebo. We had to bypass some steps to secure the pieces because we didn’t want the shades to be destroyed as they fell. Some of the metal rods bent when they fell and we had to reshape. The curtains were the last thing to install and the pre-constructed parts didn’t leave room to attach them so we had to pry open the grooves to fit the curtain hooks which left the parts damaged. The curtains covered the damaged parts though. I’m sure we’ll have much more enjoyment now that’s it’s constructed but the process was not easy and required more skill and tools than represented. The UV panels were not as expected, but they work great. They seemed thin and more like cardboard when we pulled them out of the box, but they provide great shade. Sliding them in the grooves to fit perfectly was another challenge.

6/19/24 We purchased over a month ago. Two guys put it together it about 4 hours, there was some sort of bracket missing for the roof/upright but they are both carpenters and improvised (they were at a point where stopping was not a possibility). One of the plastic panels came with two dings in it, but again one you start, it’s hard to find a stopping point. I never did reach out to customer service for that reason. We have been through some good storms and it’s held up nicely- it does wiggle like a review video shows, and it does make movement sounds with really high winds. I will also say this, I had no idea that when we bought this gazebo, that it was a plastic roof and not a black steel roof- I paid not attention to the material listed because the pictures of the product make it seem like it is a steel roof. However, it shipped once I realized it and the hubs did not want to send it back. It does offer a bit of protection, but if you are looking for a complete blackout affect, this is not the gazebo for you. What I do love about it is, that it is placed in front of a window, and it does not take any of the natural light we get in the house. That was a big worry for me. It looks great, does offering protection from the sun and still gives you plenty of light. You can see of the table in picture one the difference between the natural sun shining down and the protection from the gazebo. We purchased an outdoor fan from Lowes to help keep mosquitoes away at night (the top two sections of the roof does not have a screen to keep bugs out) and we purchased out door lights (also from Lowe’s) we used string light clips off amazon to hang the lights, they are basically like command strips. We haven’t put the screens or curtains up yet- not sure if we will use them.

We haven't assembled the new one yet, but we have been using the first one we purchased a lot and decided to get this new one for the other side of our backyard where the west sun makes it very uncomfortable in the afternoons. The first one we purchased last year held up really well to the winter snow loads and has been a beautiful addition to the back yard. These gazebos are a great alternative to spending thousands of dollars for a patio roof. On this second purchase, Fedex lost one of the three boxes in the shipment. Fedex didn't want to fix their error, so the manufacturer stepped up right away. I didn't have to call several times or talk to an AI. I received real customer service, and they fixed the problem by sending me a replacement box free of charge. Unlike some other sellers who aren't around if there is a problem after the purchase, this seller provides the kind of customer service that shows they truly stand behind their product.
