Very sturdy. Time consuming for installation. I did 90% alone but I recommend 2. It’s great. Not super sure why reviews were not good. I had extra assembly screws in the pack and everything lined up. Use some clamps and like any assembly lots of patience and read the directions twice.. I does look like some direction improvements from reviews. Great value and looks great. No curtains yet.. holding off because of pets. They will go up when hot tub is installed. I’d recommend anyone to buy this. I’m super happy. Husband was impressed I did 90% alone.

It takes ~2 days to get it all assembled. Instructions are overall pretty good. It can be done with one person (I did it), but you need some extra tools (like clamps) to hold up some initial parts. Some hole alignments are tight, just don't tighten everything too early. Overall great quality and very sturdy. No missing parts (came with some extra screws).

High quality, except for the plastic roof panel spacer clips. The spacers tend to fall off before the panel can be properly positioned, so it extends an already very lengthy assembly time. More importantly, I am concerned the plastic spacers will rapidly deteriorate in the Florida sun and heat, and I will have to make something to replace them all. The manufacturer should just add a folded edge to the panels and eliminate these stupid clips. I thought the instructions were very good, though some well-placed words with the many drawings would have helped a lot. Definitely need 2 people for some of the steps. They included a few extra fasteners, which was good - particularly since I assembled the gazebo in grass and dropped a few. 4 stars with current roof clips, 5 stars if they get rid of them.

This gazebo is amazing! Such a good price nice light materials that come together nicely! Not sure why all the terrible reviews I almost didint purchase because I was worried but it’s a good price and I love it ! Yea the instructions aren’t amazing but have some common sense and patience it’s tedious and time consuming yea but like… get over it! Grow up! 5 stars they are 1200 at Lowe’s and this looks much better !

This one about killed is to assemble. The instructions are HORRIBLE. They are not in a good order and have amounts of parts wrong in the instructions. At Step 3, when you are hanging the curtain hooks, the numbers are WRONG. You need to double the amount they have written. Don’t be like us and follow the instructions and the get to where you are hanging the curtains in Steps 25 and 26 and don’t have enough hooks for the curtains so have to bend out parts of the frame to squeeze in more hooks. At Steps 15 and 16, you start assembling the roof. BEWARE!!! At Steps 23 (8 steps and 8 pages later) you are given a note that when installing the ceiling, fix the screws on the central beam first to prevent the iron sheet from falling and causing injury. Oops, too late! My fiancé almost got his ear cut off. It was cut and bleeding from the iron sheet sliding off into his head. We were also missing one of the #8 specialty bolts used in Step 4. This bolt cannot be ordered from anywhere and when we talked to the manufacturer of the gazebo, they could not just send us one bolt. We worked have had to get an entire 2nd gazebo shipped to us for that one bolt and then somehow return 256.8 pounds of gazebo to them. Obviously, that was not a feasible option, so we had to go without that one bolt in our assembly and they refunded half our money. We finally did get the gazebo up without a death and any other injuries. I did call the manufacturer up and berate them over their horrible instructions. The gazebo, I’m happy to say, is beautiful. It holds up to the strong winds that took down 3 prior fabric top gazebos. I love that I can keep it up all winter (Michigan) and my furniture and plants that I placed under it for protection during the winter survived. I haven’t found any spots from which water leaks. I have find one screw laying underneath on my pad that I haven’t figured out where it came out from yet. The curtains are well made, all though I have added bungie cords Lowe down to secure them better in our strong winds. One of the curtains wraps came unstitched and I still have to fix that. I have also noticed some of the venting prices at the very top are coming out of place and I will have to fix them. I’m looking forward to spending time relaxing under the gazebo. It was hell to put up, but in the end, I have something to show for it that will hopefully last a long time. I took 2 stars off of my rating because of the instructions and missing part. Hopefully my review helps you put together your gazebo if you do buy this one because it is a good price compared to others out there.

Do not buy this! It’s an absolute disaster to put together! You see that “double roof”? Every single little piece of it is pulled apart and you have to put together yourself with screws that don’t fit properly anywhere. It is maddening! Two of us worked on it for 7 hrs without a break and we only got halfway there. And it is not “sturdy” because the pieces don’t fit together perfectly, many of them are warped and you just have to try and make it work. Idk how long this thing will stand. And I paid so much money for it, I feel like I paid for my own personal hell! After multiple injuries and blisters on our hands, I am scared to even enter this fortress of calamity!

Once we had it all put together, it looked great, and we are very pleased with the result. I have to say that building this gazebo takes two people, and a little time. We did not want to exhaust ourselves in a marathon assembly job, so we split it into two sessions of about four hours each. We also didn’t want to race through it, we took our time and made sure we had all the parts assembled correctly in the first try. It is a big gazebo, and it has lots of parts. That’s why it takes longer than one might imagine. The result is a very sturdy and good looking gazebo. We are very glad that we decided to get this one. It will last many years, and we will certainly get excellent usage out of this. The only little gripe we have: the shipping packaging was somewhat insufficient. Some of the flat parts for the roof got a little bent at the edges. We had to use some grippers to bend it back into place. It was, however, possible to accomplish that. A little bit more padding around the edges of the box would have easily prevented this minor damage.
