Just set this up for the season...regretful ordering it in fall... this is not 10x12 and it's the poorest quality gazebo I've owned in my 35 years of buying them...I'm stuck with it being I ordered it on the fall...never again...the sides are actually velcro attached...ridiculous

One of the zippers was broken. The screen does not extend to the floor no matter how loose you make the Velcro. It’s overall size is smaller than our previous 10x12. It leaked in a small rain shower. So disappointed!! It’s not like you would disassemble it and send it back!😡

Very poor workmanship! Like popped thru roof because fabric doesn’t fit properly! Zippers don’t line up ! Velcro straps don’t line up with poles ! All around bad ! Would Not recommend buying

This item is a horrible product, I had it for two years with the weather and UV raise over time the fabric get weaker and tear easily now it has a very large hole in it the company didn’t have the replacement fabric so I had to improvise with another fabric please do not waist your money buying this product you will live to regret it ... show more
