I have put over 250 miles on this bike so far. I have lower back pain, and physical therapy suggested using a bike. This bike helps take the 'bite' out of hills. I was worried that I would have pain from bike riding up and down hills, and that would make me stop riding. With this bike, I now ride almost 10.5 miles a min of 5 times a week. I no longer 'grunt' when I stand or sit. They also have great and quick support; I messed up a setting and they help me get back good shape quickly. At first I was so disappointed because it would not turn on. I had already ordered a bike from another company, long story short FedEx lost it, and I got tired of waiting and demanded a refund. Then when I received this and put it together it would not power on. I was so angry, I contacted this company and not only did they instantly send out the part but they gave me a pretty good discount because I would have to replace the part which was extremely simple to do. This bike is like a tank it is a very large bike. The only suggestion I have is don’t get this unless you are tall. It rides very nice and on just about any terrain. ... show more

We ordered 2 of these bikes. They arrived when promised. They were easy for my husband to assemble without any additional help. The bikes appeared to be good quality with lots of bells and whistles. We were pretty impressed! Once assembled, however, I realized that the bike was too tall for me to comfortably use so we would need to return. We wanted matching bikes so my husband decided to return his as well. I reached out to the seller, who responded very promptly. They offered a couple of fixes, but they didn’t work for me. They continued working with me to get a resolution. Based on our experience, I would recommend this bike, not just for the quality but also for the customer service we received. ... show more

    • Problem after problem
Pros: 1. great looking bike, turns heads, stylish, nice powder coating 2. Display screen is bigger and easy to maneuver that my other electric bikes 3. Horn and light are wired in for nice sleek look 4. Tires grab and move across all surfaces and goes over potholes with ease 5. It’s fast, for 270lb man it gets moving! Cons: 1. Chain slips constantly! I’ve worked on it taken to 2 bike shops and $180 later just replaced whole chain/sprocket 2. Tire rubs against back post I keep having to adjust and is a pain to take apart bike tire to keep changing tubes because it rubs and get a flat tire 3. Brake wires don’t adjust for quicker stop 4. Battery lasts about an hour.. my 500w 48v 14aH lasts almost double 5. Bike is about 70lbs Overall: I bought off Amazon so I could return if I wasn’t happy but waited too long trying to fix problems because I really love the look at tire size of this bike. It is comfortable but has been a complete headache. Also don’t lose keys to power module they’re not replaceable, battery keys are interchangeable. ... show more

When we first got our bikes, I was telling my wife I think this is the best bike I’ve ever had in my life. The price point and the look of the bike is what attracted us to them . But, of course. The first issue was we ordered them at the same time, one bike came and we received a photo of two bikes on someone else front porch. So we contacted seller though Amazon and they sent the other bike immediately. WHICH WAS GREAT!!! We have rode both bikes twice and have charged one twice. Here comes the BUT OF COURSE!!! Something had to go wrong with one on the second attempt the plug on the charge the light was green, but when you put the battery on the bike it was not charged. We plugged one charging in the other and found out the battery was not charging. I have contacted the seller via Amazon, email, WhatsApp, and Facebook. We really love the bikes, hope to get this resolved soon so we can continue to enjoy our bike rides together!!! I will update this post based on customer service based on service after purchasing… would have giving five stars but was to soon to have issues. ... show more

    • Great E-Bike for the price
This is a great E-bike for the price. I have owned/ridden this bike for the last 2 months. It has plenty of speed around town and the battery lasts for a while. I no longer own a car and with the 50 liter saddle bags, I can do all the shopping I need for my self. I have also added mirrors, rear turn signal/horn/brake/alarm light bar. The one problem I have noticed so far is some bolts seem to loosen after riding for 50 miles or so. I have retightened them using the provided tool kit. In addition the original tool came with two Allen wrenches that were the same size - hence my 4 start rating on assembly. ... show more

    • Cannot get a hold of the seller.Need to return bike does not work properly, $350 to return not good
So we purchased three bikes, one is not working properly, too send it back is 360.00 in freight. Asking for my money back- so far not good. Amazon is checking into it now- I will keep you informed on the out come of this. Not happy at this point.
