I've had the bike for about ten months now and put a little over 260 miles on it. It's been a pleasure to ride. I live in a very hilly area which made a traditional bike impossible to ride. It is a large, heavy, sturdy bike. I wouldn't recommend it if you need to carry it up and down stairs. I'm a big guy at 6ft 4, 270lbs and it has plenty of power to get me up hills while peddling vigorously. I only use the motor on steep inclines so the battery lasts around 75-100 miles on a single charge for me. The bike is comfortable at the highest seat setting for me. Seat is nice and cushy and doesn't hurt my butt, even on long rides. I did have to adjust the brakes and shifter cables after receiving the bike. So if you're not comfortable doing this, you may want to take it to a bike shop. If you are going to ride the bike on trails or sandy areas, I'd recommend removing the chain grease that comes from the factory and replace it with a dry grease made for that purpose. After my first ride through some sand, my chain and gears were gummed up with sand. I used some brake cleaner I had lying around to strip the old grease and replaced it with a good coat of Squirt chain lube. Since then, all the sand just falls right off. After about 250 miles, my controlled died on an incline with the E-09 error. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a replacement. Swapping the controller was fairly easy, only requiring a Phillips head screw driver and some zip ties. It's basically idiot proof with the four unique connectors only attaching one way. I did notice the controller was not secured in any fashion inside of the black plastic housing on the bottom of the bike. This means it's free to bounce around inside the box. I'm not sure if this was related to mine failing, but if you're so inclined, I'd recommend opening the box (4 screws) and placing some foam around the controller so it doesn't bounce around in there. You could also potentially just strap it down somehow. Overall, great experience with the bike and the seller.

I've owned this bike for 2 years and currently have just over 500 miles of riding. riding bikes for exercise is my thing and the ease of riding and the power is excellent. I weight 260 and can take me up a 20% incline easily. the battery last for up too 34 miles but when your down to two bars on the power meter it's done. Not happy to see the price has fallen almost 500 bucks since I bought mine.

I’m mainly using this for a daily short commute to work. So it’s on paved roads, and mostly flat terrain. So far the battery life has been outstanding. I’ve had the bike 2 weeks now and haven’t needed to charge it, even though it’s been used daily, either to and from work or pleasure riding. So far it hasn’t indicated anything but full charge. Using the throttle only the bike will do average about 20 mph. The pedal assist mode is adjustable so the bike does a little or a lot, depending on where it’s set. The digital display is easy to see, even in daylight, and shows charge status, pedal assist setting, current speed (in either mph or kmh) total miles ridden, and how much power is currently being utilized. It comes with a rear cargo rack and front light, and the display has an integrated horn which is surprisingly loud. Mine came with a broken spoke in the front wheel. The seller was quick to respond, but since they are located in China, sending things back for repair is problematic. They suggested getting it repaired locally and the. They credit the repair amount to your Amazon account. They also credited an additional amount for the inconvenience. If this had been a more serious issue, this could be a problem. I would suggest purchasing the additional warranty which would cover any costs to repair a more complicated issue locally. Returning the whole bike is obviously an option, but difficult to do once it’s assembled and, other than a minor issue, your enjoying it. All in all the bike is an affordable good quality bike with decent power and good out of the box equipment. For Joe Average bike user it will probably be the last bike you’ll ever need. With enough size and juice to go off-road, enough comfort and durability for frequent use, and enough quality to last a while.

Use the bike daily. Put 100 miles on it in just 10 days. This is my third electric bike. Use it for daily commute as well as recreational off road. Use it on the streets. As we all know the streets are filled with bumps and holes. As going from a 2 inch wide tire to this. I would say I was nervous. But the tires handle all the terrain without the worry of bending a rim and cushioning. Speed is nice just have to get used to what you like. Everyone is different. Picks up at a nice pace. The key for turning on and off is a must have now for me. The rack on the back is good quality. The fenders with the length and quality are great. Easy assembly just have to take your time. If you were to get a bike of this value you would pay more. Looks are amazing. Value your won’t find anything better.
