Update: even with very infrequent use the tablet stopped charging. When trying to troubleshoot shoot, it appears to be a common problem. My kid is now very sad, I'm going to have to find somewhere to recycle it, and now we're out the money for purchase of something better. If your cool with it being a very short term toy for your kids (a couple months) then go for it. If you were hoping for it to last a couple years, save your money Bought this for our first big road trip. My kiddo is about to turn 2 so we didn't need anything complicated just something I could put a Hotspot on and have access to some basic stuff for entertainment/ distraction. I am beyond impressed with this. Yes, I have to sign into my accounts but what better way to view what's happening. It's easy to use. Older kids would definitely be able to switch the user IF they knew your parent code, as one review said, but it isn't that big of a concern to be an issue. It's literally the same as any parental code. I didn't realize it came with a little stand, it is an extra bonus! As I said kiddo is still just 1 almost 2 and so sometimes things get thrown. This is indeed holding up to that and drops. The case is cool looking & not bulky. The preloaded games are great. As a former elementary teacher I'd guess kids would enjoy the preloaded games up to age 8. You can also download anything else from play store in the parent setting. The kids tv app is actually, in my opinion, easier to use than YouTube kids. Would buy again I guess if I needed to, but 100% would recommend to others for a cheap or first time tablet. I honestly didnt have high hopes for the price and was just hoping for internet acces anr like bubble pop or snake level games. This is so much more than expected. So far so good. Hopeful it will last some time. Picture is clear. Nice hard case. It's a little slack and battery life seems good. Wifi connected easily. Perfect for my 4 year old.

It's hard to get the ramp down and the wood pieces that are supposed to keep the cars from falling don't stay up. Also, the peg piece that holds the two pieces together was broken. Will return.

If you want a tablet it’s best to get an Amazon kids tablet. I got this for Christmas for my son & have been having issues. Sometimes the screen doesn’t turn on. I’d have to reset the tablet a few times. Even freezes and we JUST got it. Will not be purchasing again. Also, didn’t think it would be that small either. ... show more

I have mixed feelings about this... The screen quality is like a 2012 phone, the camera quality would be better if it didn't have the capability because it's basically useless, the screen glitches, it lags and there is hardly anything downloaded on it, sometimes I think the battery is dead but the screen just took forever to turn on. I guess it's better than my two year old trying to take my phone all the time but even she would rather do that most times. ... show more
