It was fast, comfortable, and quickly became my main transportation for work. After replacing the front tire, I was excited to ride again, but I discovered a new issue. The rear motor now makes a humming noise, barely moves the scooter, and gets extremely hot after only a short time. But not to worry the market sells team is on it and I’m get a new replacement. I still think this is a great scooter when it’s working properly. It’s got excellent performance, impressive lighting, and solid safety features. Very nice an durable lighting,lil to no noise, smooth ride on all terrain, durability is three out of five my left rear strut broke because brakes locked up. Customer service is iffy at times but Overall id give 4.5,very fast an safe scooter when operated correctly..

I have put nearly 100 miles on it and it can climb up hills of great magnitude with no problem even with the extra weight the customer service has been very helpful. I’ve had a few problems with the scooter, but nothing that we couldn’t work out. They sent me a replacement parts and even sent me a replacement charger when I lost my charger. The scooter is very easy to operate and has many different speed mode for different situations. It has adjustable handlebar height and a rear foot. Rest is comfortable. I am 6 foot seven and 309 pounds and it gets me around no problem 10 out of 10 would recommend. ... show more

The one i got is 5000 watt, not sure why they changed. What a beast. Customer service is great. I did have an issue with the headlight malfunctioning, sent a video to support and got it replaced, no issues. All in all of i need another e scooter I'll be buying reddydy. Okobojidougie YT

My husband purchased 3 of these for us and my son to ride around our neighborhood, the adjacent park, and trails. WE HAVE HAD SO MUCH FUN! There are several levels of speed and torque to find one (or more) that fits your style. My son rides it aggressively offroad on trails, and it handles great. I ride it more casually for a quiet peaceful ride. This is heavy, sturdy, and seems like it will last a long time. I love the blue color and the colorful lights!
