Great products for the price ratio, can't beat it, but you get what you pay for, made in China junk... Customer service is great and helpful but as far as products go, if you want to have reliable equipment without having the hassle to ship products back I would spend the extra if you have it cause you'll have to pay for the shipping both ways anyways. I will explain the shipping also cause I'm sure their customer service reps are reading this. hello! After carefully diagnosing the root of my light outage problem, testing each fixture and ballast, it was a ballast that went bad. I took my time, money, and light away from my plants to ship it back for them to tell me nothing is wrong with it and if I want it back I would have to pay for the shipping. Why would I ship it there in the first place if nothing was wrong with it... I'm at peace with it now but Like i said great product for the price.

Equipment for the price was fine...until the ballast that's mounted outside the space randomly stopped working just 3 weeks after use...I'm not very impressed or happy considering that this was a trial test run for future purchases online instead of in the store.,but after the random ballast failure I'm considering taking my $$$ some place elsewhere in the future.

Pretty good light for the price.. hood is a little cheap but is a good size and does the job.I didn't get my MH bulb and I received the wrong ballast but the seller took care of each issue In a good manner.

Horrible, after two weeks of use all the light bulbs got burned and stopped working, don't waste your money on this. Very expensive for the poor quality of the light bulbs and ballast as well (ballast stopped working after 1 week).

I'm pretty disappointed.. I haven't been able to use my lamp until just now due to not having a suitable space... I went to plug in the MH bulb and upon cleaning and general inspection it appeared to be used.. I chalked that up to maybe a QA test before shipping but when the bulb went out after 24 hours I knew I got screwed... When I pay near 400.00 for a product, I expect EVERYTHING to be tip top and I do not feel that's a unreasonable request considering...
