I've had my power chair close to a month. I must say, this is the best thing that ever happened for me, or at least one of them. I go to dialysis three times a week so I'm always on the go. I was pretty much tied down with my manual wheelchair since it was impossible for me to go anywhere unless I had someone who could push me around. I'm not the type of person who likes to burden anyone and basically prefer to be independant. This chair helps me to accomplish that! When I received the chair the parts were the only thing in the box except maybe the side bags and the instruction manual. But it was easy for my grandson to look at it and be able to determine what belonged in their rightful place. I contacted the customer service of the company by email through Amazon. They were extremely helpful and I know personally that I will receive the type of service I expect. They were very helpful about the missing side bags and they ended up shipping them out internationally! I highly recommend this chair, it's strong, fast and more comfortable than my manual chair. The battery is lightweight, I'm a disabled 73 woman and I'm able to carry it with ease. I love the manual capability option. This is really necessary just in case the battery goes dead, at least you won't have to carry a dead load. I have nothing but good things to say about this chair . But I think the only negative thing I have about the chair is that the joystick has a "hairpin" effect. You barely angle it whichever way you're going to go and it's off like a race horse. This can be an issue when you're trying to climb ramps onto loading a bus or van. It's obviously something you get used to. I will say I'm still running mine on the lowest power during these times and high power when just basically going forward. I highly recommend you start off on the low end. My first day in I ended up in the bushed at my apartment complex but I'm getting around much better now. Am I happy with my purchase?, YES most assuredly! Do I recommend this chair? Most definitely!

Mom end up falling and getting surgery to her arm. This chair arrived at just the right time. Made it so easy for her to get around. She still learning to control it by the joystick but I think in time that will get better. Even on the lowest speed it moves fast lol had to give it a test try myself before I gave it to mom figure im almost 300 lbs and it move with ease with me so it would be fine with her. Wish it had like a cover to put on it so when its not in use in the car it would keep it from moving around but its no big deal but it would be handy. Oo the horn on this is real low and hard to hear. Like that its simple and well worth the price I got it for on black friday sale about $400. Wish they has some mirrors so she could see behind when she backs up but that's me just think 🤔 to myself. When you have the chair folded up to put in the vehicle or something it does have some weight to it so no i don't an elderly person should try lift it but someone in ok shape could. Thanks for make this affordable. Oo an the joystick is sensitive so if you barely touch it that the way your going lol 😆 mom still learning

Joystick very sensitive. Plenty of speed. Seat Needs to be wider. Seems stable and I feel safe. Seems well made. Easy to put together, but came pretty much ready. Just a few simple things to b do. Other than narrow seat ,a nice chair.

This thing was ready to go out of the box, just had to connect the battery and footrests. Battery was fully charged ready to go. One strong person can lift it if the battery is removed. It can be pushed easily when off, and I added a video of it hauling fast over gravel and that was at the lowest speed! Tested it in some tight corners already and it flips around in really tight spaces. This is one of the most affordable mobility wheelchairs I've seen so I had to give it a shot. Its a perfectly good economical option and you can travel with it if needed, plus the blue is very pretty. I'll be taking it to the streets today to see how long the battery last, although it says 13 miles which is incredible.

I used the parts to fabricate a radio-controlled shuttle to bring my container from the house to the road to be picked up (I live down a long lane, and I am too disabled to wheel them to the road). Yes, I felt bad cutting it up but now I actually enjoy taking the trash out to the road...
