This company sends out with known CORRUPT WINDOWS INSTALLATION/ VIRUS . This is apparently their thing since they now include a pamphlet for how to reinstall windows/deal with a corrupt windows install. Except the instructions on their pamphlet doesn’t work!! It will not allow me to reset windows or create a recovery drive or do ANYTHING!! This is the 2nd pc I've ordered from these guys as the 1 one was DOA. This one also came DOA, BUT I figured out pwr issue. New Problem, GPU is not working. Paid third party for new card and to install it, I'm never buying a computer online again… waiting to hear who if anyone will compensate me for my additional expenses. Update: after explaining the situation they are sending me a new GPU. Its not what I asked for I want to send them thier broken one and a refund of my caost to ffix thier bkoen one... Im not going to push it though guess I'll take whatever they give me...Again wishing I could give 0 stars ... show more

It sure is powerful and quiet. When gaming most of the time the fans dont go any faster (except small bursts on the gpu when maxing it out) However I had some issues with it. Worked fine at first, then it seemed like the ram were failing. Only updating the bios (it seemingly never was updated previously) fixed that. The listing advertises a free keyboard, but one isn't in the box. The listing advertises 5600Mhz RAM while the one in my system is rated for 5200. It looks good, rgb colors can be controlled both with software and using the little remote they included. I like how it can be upgraded easily unlike OEM builds. Has 2 extra M2 nvme slots and could add more ram. Conclusion: might have to deal with some issues but the end result is worth it. ... show more

GPU didn't power on straight out of the box and there seemed to be something wrong with the psu. Basically bought a brick. Hopefully just a one off thing, but I'm still waiting on my refund weeks later.

Just like the other reviews stated, this PC is a dangerous buy, I read them thinking to myself “what are the odds I get a bad batch”… well it was 100%. Under high load all games crash, and by high load I mean Fortnite on all low settings, I also tried on various other games from other launchers. I decided it was time to send back when I got the 5th blue-screen. Test your chances if you want but the anticipation that builds during your 5 day shipment will leave you broken on that upgrade you’ve been hoping for since you were 13. Consider building yourself if you got time. Doing so will get you this same build for 2,040. Join the PC help discord for details, they helped me a ton.     • Power issues straight out the box.
1 star for now, let’s see what support can do. Turned on after connecting known good monitor into specified hdmi port, leds and fans turned on, nothing on the screen. If I move any cord, the entire machine turns off. Tried multiple hdmi ports, cords and monitors. Even touching the Ethernet cable makes the machine turn off.
