  • Top of the line prebuilt
At the start: Amazon day, big discount. Next , I put my order in because it’s like getting the processor for free. Then my Amazon account is frozen, large purchases… call Amazon and prove I am the account owner and I did purchase this item, Amazon verifies me by asking past purchases and stuff I have saved for later. Luckily I remembered. So now we are good with Amazon. The supplier of this awesome system the tries to collect. Text message from my card I used for payment, we have stopped what looks like a fraudulent transaction… type yes if this is not fraudulent. Yes. I put the purchase order in on the last day of Prime day. The seller tried again on Sat. Finally on Monday the seller tried to run payment again. It went through and said delivery is scheduled for Thursday by 10pm. Finally. It’s on its way. It comes from Amazon shipping, looks like it starts in California. Refresh a billion times because the amount of money that’s involved. Thursday is here, I now know a signature is needed. Do I go to work as normal? Or fake it. Refresh again. Item to be delivered between 3-6pm . I go to work. Refresh between times. Items to be delivered 5-7pm. What’s going on? I then tell my job I need to go home early because I have an important delivery today and need to be there because they need my signature. So now I’m home. Refresh. Supposed delivery driver is really close to my home. Refresh. Then to my surprise the delivery vehicle pulls in front of my home. Thanks, sign here. Couldn’t sign fast enough. Let’s get this thing unboxed. It’s packaged well. I got it out and my goodness, that’s a big Rtx 4090. I opened the glass and removed the packing material bag. Nothing looks off or damaged. I then hooked up keyboard, mouse, cam, and 45” LG ultra gear 3440x1440p monitor, which I bought a display port 2.1 cord from Amazon before arrival. This PC fired up flawlessly. This is the I9 13900kf with a gigabyte rtx4090 and 32gb of ram model. Absolutely speechless in performance. After loading my games from my previous PC. 3770k + GTX 970 ti 16gb ram. This rig absolutely destroys anything I throw at it. If you have the scratch for this model, it’s a no brainer. As of right now, 4 days into ownership, I am very satisfied of my purchase. YEYIAN has truly made a worthy prebuilt PC. ... show more

  • Cheap but fragile
This review does not cover the performance of the system. There were two French reviews that summarize this system quite well. Cheap but fragile and the packaging is very “light”. The case is not solid, it did not survive transport. The box was undamaged and the system was double-boxed. There was the box the system came in which had standard front and back premade foam. There was also internal expanding foam. Secondly, there was a second box that was a very snug fit with only a tiny amount of packing peanuts on one end of the box. ... show more

  • The product is not what is in picture
The Founder's Edition graphics card is not in the product based on a picture on the page of advertising for this prebuilt computer. This product didn't clarify the acfual graphics card not being the Founder's edition. I fear the i9 13th gen is not in the product either. I hate to take back for just a small difference of the Founder's Edition graphics card not being inside. Tomorrow I download a specific test to check if I truly have an i9 13th gen. If the product matches that description, I will hang on to it. I was really let down, because I didn't want to go with anything Asus. I didn't know Nvidia is a partner company with Asus. It was a big surprise about the misleading picture in the advertising of a different graphics card than what was inside when I opened it. The Asus Gamer Tuff is a good product inside this product, but I know that the advertising is not exactly correct now. I must further check to see if everything else is included, too. Price of product seems great, but not sure yet of the actual product. I have to double check everything now. I got my pre-built computer, because I am not very technical, but since the graphics card is not the Founder's Edition like in picture, I need to check if this product is actually the product furthermore. It is a fair price for the product, but I was paying for trust more than anything. My trust with the product was to understand the actual brands inside the computer. When I opened product box, I got scared instead. I shouldn't need to worry what is inside. I am having to schedule extra time to double check components to make sure of purchase. ... show more

  • Crashes games
I've been having a problem with crashes on games and on some specific instances I get a message of "Out of video memory". After some research and some test I found out that the CPU was causing the problem. When trying to load games that were cpu intensive, the cpu usage would spike and the game would crash. This happened when using Directx12. ... show more

  • RTX 4090 Gaming PC delivers smooth gaming experience!
I have had this PC for about a year and a half and it still runs great. Matched with the Samsung Odyssey 7, which I also purchased on amazon, https://a.co/d/7HSixo5, this gaming PC works almost seamlessly with any game I play. The only real issue has been with the Intel i9 13900KF. There is an issue with the core ratios that cause new games to throw a "Out of Video Memory" error and sometimes crash with DX12. To rectify this I had to download the "Intel Extreme Tuning" utility to change the performance ratios from 55 to 54. This solved any issues I had with DX12. Even with the Intel CPU issue I feel it still deserves 5 stars. It's a super quiet gaming PC and hardly misses a beat with most games I play. ... show more
