Leather feels soft but not weak and is very comfortable. I’m 190 lbs and wear xl shirts and the xl coat fit me perfect. Loose enough I can slide on and off but not baggy. I have a ton of yeswelder products and this is another win for them

For a yes welder product im really impressed as yes welder is a terrible company with terrible customer service but hey they make a nice jacket. Can't beat it for the price. Btw the 2xl is way bigger than a normal 2xl jacket. Thing is like a dress on me. Spent the day welding under a car today and did great and keeping me from getting burned. It’s heavy and it will absolutely block sparks and protect you. As other have mentioned, it had a strong smell from leather treatment, but it doesn’t its job and for the price, you won’t be disappointed.

The jacket is heavy on sholders. But depends on the person. With prolong use, it will be a bit tiring.The colour is nice. Quality is excellent. The jacket will be hot for tropical countries. I use it for mig welding. Gasless mig. All spatter is well shilded from skin.
