I bought this phone . I paid 160.00. It was not unlocked and cannot be unlocked. I have called at&t and spent hours on the phone. No success. I finally had to go buy another phone else where.. I keep getting a message to contact previous owner to unlock.. is this a stolen phone that's been resold?

Presentation is everything. I was very impressed with how this phone was packaged with care. It has the additional slot for an sd card and I was pleasantly surprised to get a set of headphones in my box. *I don't know if it was intentional or by accident but "thank you" it was a nice surprise* It also included the cord, charger and Sim card slot opener. The phone itself was amazing, very affordable and I wanted to keep it. Unfortunately, it did have T-Mobile apps that I couldn't get around, I'm older and couldn't figure it out, so it was returned. Other vendors could take a lesson from this company on packaging for the buyer's experience because overall I'm still left very impressed. Thank you! ... show more

    • Always buy Amazon not private seller
As stated by others even though this phone is unlocked it will NOT connect to AT&T which is a 5G network. On T mobile it toggles between LTE/5G data so therefore is very slow. This phone doesn't support or is locked out of AT&T. Not much point in keeping it if it won't support 5G. I'd also say that buying through a 3rd party is risky if the product is used.
