TLDR: Ensure all pieces are received before assembly. Amazon can only do full returns and the manufacturer does not answer the email customer support and lists no other ways to contact them. Received the vanity and assembled the majority of it before realizing I had been sent too many of one set of pieces and not enough of another to finish assembly. Overall I am very happy with this vanity. The instructions are simple to follow, just expect to spend 2 hours or more constructing it. Great product for the price. My kids spent spent the night setting up their sprays, lotions, hair products etc...They love it. As a note, this item does not come with a chair. Don't expect one to come with it. Only complaint is 2 panel boards came cracked/broken. They are not visible and up against the wall hidden, but this problem is preventable. If the vendor could place these objects between 1 pieces of styrofoam or between a piece of particle board this would not happen. When the product was received, the paneling was directly touching the cardboard with no styrofoam protecting them. ... show more

The makeup stand is nice and fairly easy to assemble although the 45 min est assembly listed is wishful thinking. More like 2 hours. Although it is well made and an overall nice piece, the ad is misleading by showing a chair. There is no chair included.

I loved that the directions were easy to follow and all the pieces for together with ease. The only negative was it took forever to put together (like 4 hours!)

direction said 45 mins to put together is greatly inaccurate....took closer to 3+ hours or more. Using an electric drill made it quicker. A ton of pieces, but it wasn't hard, just time consuming. There was one draw - the top middle, that came with 2 #26's side boards....when the directions called for 1 #25 and 1#26 side draw boards. This meant the desk can not be completed. I emailed the company regarding the incorrect piece needed. Their website for submission was weird, I hit complete and the screen just disappears...so I did it twice and same thing. So not very clear if they actually got it or not, but it's been 1.5 wks and still no response. So what do I do now when my desk is totally missing a draw ! not about to take it apart to send back for a return when I just need that one small missing piece. ... show more
