The final step in the installation is to remove the cotter pins that hold the springs in a pre-loaded condition. The cotter pins on mine were under extreme pressure and they are made of soft metal so they were difficult to remove without them breaking.

My installation was a bit different than than normal, as the slide also has a electric awning, but with a little trimming on the bracket and adding a spacer behind the bracket it went on flawless, works well and should last for years.

Product fabric comes folded up, with real bad kinks, that do not come out. Also the awning spool bows so bad in the center of spool, that the awning fabric is sagging in the center.

    • Over 10 foot cover istalling grey poly can be very difficult

!3 foot slide out cover. The grey poly rod was impossible to install due to friction even when lubricated. Had to put black poly in and then electrical tape the grey to it and then pull it though.
