However, it’s not the most comfortable for extended sessions when lying on the bench, so I simply throw a towel over it, and it works perfectly. I’ve recommended this bench to several friends and family members, and they’ve been just as happy with it as I am. It’s a practical and reliable addition to any home gym setup. Honestly, I’d buy it again in a heartbeat if I ever needed another one—but with how durable it is, I doubt I will! The customer service for this company is top notch! First of all, I love this sturdy, functional weight bench. It’s so cute! It also works perfectly. Due to operator error, I broke one of the latches that you pull up to tuck the legs under. I reached out to the company and they were amazing! It was past the return window, so they were able to ship me a new latch and screws. No charge! I removed the broken latch and installed the new one in less than 30 seconds. Love my bench and this company!!

I purchased this multifunctional fitness aerobic step platform because I wanted a weight bench alternative for home workouts, and I thought this would suit my needs while saving space. My initial take was that I expected it to be a bit wider and taller than it actually is, but it still works well for what I need. The platform is stable and feels secure when stepping, sitting, or using it for modified bench exercises. This stepper has exceeded my expectations. The step platform is height adjustable which is great for different purposes, I can keep it on the low setting for quicker step movements and adjust it to the higher setting for more of a height boost for different movements. The storage bin is also helpful to store the smaller weights. As advertised it has tracks for resistance bands to channel through so that you can hit multiple muscle groups and angles and intensities. The parts move easily to change positions of the height of the unit or the pop up back rest. I love that you can also use as an incline/decline by adjusting the height of the legs on either side. I highly recommend this unit as a great addition to any home gym, great quality like you would see at a commercial gym

Great Bench. Complaints from earlier reviews of legs folding too easily and trouble accessing the storage area have been completely resolved. The legs lock open and are extremely secure. Overall length is perfect for 5'10" user. Stable and more robust than expected.

I saw a version of this at my gym and there are times I can’t squeeze in a visit to the gym. So I did the next best thing, I bought one for home use along with some free weights I already owned. My son, who is a gym rat, showed me a bunch of workouts I can at home and now me and my youngest boy work out every week. Sometimes at the gym and sometimes in the garage using this and some other items.
