    • Good customer service, love the cabinet
At first I was upset because 2 cam bolts broke and I couldn’t assemble it without those (couldn’t find any in the stores) but I contacted seller and they sent replacement bolts, (took another 2 weeks, came from California, but better to wait than to have to ship it all back) and I liked it so much I bought ANOTHER ONE!! No problems with the second one, first one finally looks great too. I bought the shoe cabinet with shelves and 2 doors, with a shelf underneath (not the one tips out). The metal legs are very nice, the wood is a laminated material but it feels quality. It feels sturdy. I didn’t bother with the wall anchor strap, it felt solid. The cane/weave was nice, kind of a retro modern feel to it and a little different than the average look. I like that I could use the cabinet for things other than shoes if I choose, but my intent is to clean up the piles of them thrown around! They are adjustable for hight and things fit well, utilizing all the space. I ordered the 2 piece set and only received 1....the seller quickly got in contact with me and the other piece was delivered next day. Clearly not a seller issue but probably a delivery error. The product itself takes a bit to assemble but not too long and easy to do. Everything was very well labeled so it made it worry free. Once built it is lightweight but sturdy. Holds shoes nicely and the amount will depend on the size of the shoes....so my kiddos are happy my 6'3 husband will probably not be able to store his shoes there but that's still ok. I love the drawers...not big enough to fill with junk but just a great size for a hallway drawer for niknaks. Overall I'm very happy and excited for this to be the 1st piece of my hallway revamp. 😊🥰 ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Instructions are missing information. First, you need a hammer in Step 1 to push down the pieces that go inserted in #3 and #4. After that, putting it together was easy! Until I got to the back. #20 back panel only covers 1/3 of the back, the rest is exposed. #20 also has very small holes for the screws so it makes a dusty mess when you try to screw in the screws. Also, the back of the furniture has no premade wholes to attach #20. So it’s very difficult to put in the screws. The screws also stick out once applied. So you either need a drill with smaller screws or nails. Lastly, the drawer does not have rolling casters to easily pull the drawer in and out only a plastic to hold in place. So it wobbles a little from side to side when pulling it out. Oh! The bottom leg pieces are not soldered together so the middle piece moves. Overall, it’s beautiful from the front, the shoe drawers work easily and correctly.It needs alot of improvement for the price. I am only keeping it because it’s a hassle to return the piece because it’s heavy and the back problem is easily solved, which is my main issue. I reached out to the seller about getting another back panel. Waiting for a response. *Update: I changed my review from 1 start to 4 because of the great customer service. They responded fairly quickly and tried to solve my problem as best they could. I do recommend buying from this seller! ... show more

I bought two of these and somehow they fit just perfectly along my wall. Was pretty easy to assemble except for one piece where the doors hinge off of. I had to hammer in those on both of them and took some elbow grease. The bottom back of it is left open which is nice to give some air to the shoes. My family’s shoe sizes range from 5-10 and they all fit. Some sneakers need to be shoved in because they’re made big. I could fit four pairs in each drawer comfortably and an extra two in each if they’re smaller sized. ... show more

Shipping was quicker than expected. The instructions are just photos but relatively easy to put together as long as you take your time and make sure you’re looking at the details. It took my fiance and I an hour and a half to complete. It says you only need a screwdriver but it went a lot quicker with a drill, and we also used a rubber mallet to get some pieces in. Once built we discovered it’s not the most sturdy piece of furniture and if you have baseboards you will not be able to screw it into the wall, but it is aesthetically pleasing, good for tight spaces, cheap, and does the job good enough for the price. It holds about 8-9 pairs of shoes, although I did have to squeeze some in. I don’t think I would buy this again but I would recommend it to someone who’s looking for a cheap and cute shoe storage solution for a small area. I would not recommend this to someone who has baseboards and young kids (or curious playful pets) as it is definitely a safety hazard if it can’t be screwed into the wall. ... show more
