Does the V100 lawn mower mow in a regular, organized pattern? Since the V100 lawn mower operates using a random mowing path, it requires more time to fully cover and trim the entire lawn. How tall of grass can this lawn mower cut? This mower can trim grass between 0.8 and 2.4 inches in height. If the grass is taller than 2.6 inches, the machine may detect it as an obstacle. Therefore, we recommend manually cutting taller grass first to ensure optimal mowing performance. Can the robotic mower be used at night or on rainy days? The robotic mower’s camera relies on good lighting conditions, so it can only be used during the daytime and when it is not raining. For safety reasons, the mower is equipped with a rain sensor. Which type of lawn is this robotic mower suitable for? Does it cut all the way to the edge? This robotic mower is suitable for small lawns of about 1,076 sq ft with clearly defined boundaries. If the boundaries are not clear, a magnetic strip is required. The V100 stops 10–20 cm before the lawn edge, leaving a small strip of grass uncut. Is this machine suitable for weeding wasteland? Not applicable, the V100 robot is suitable for daily maintenance of garden lawns.

I purchased the YARDCARE E400 robotic lawn mower because it was advertised as being capable of mowing up to 1/8 acre. My lawn is only 2,540 square feet, which is significantly smaller than 1/8 acre, so I expected the mower to handle it without any issues. Unfortunately, from the beginning, the mower never performed as advertised. It repeatedly mowed the same areas, returned to charge, and then continued mowing those same sections again without ever completing my relatively small yard. After multiple attempts and troubleshooting, it still could not finish mowing a lawn that was well below its advertised capacity. When I contacted the seller, they initially agreed to provide a full refund and sent me a prepaid return shipping label. After I returned the mower, they changed their position and claimed they would only issue a partial refund because the mower had "depreciated" through use. Charging a customer for "usage" on a product that barely functioned as advertised was extremely disappointing. After further discussions, the seller again agreed to provide a full refund, but instead shipped me a replacement mower. I returned the replacement as instructed, and the seller confirmed they received it. Several months have now passed, and I still have not received the promised refund. Throughout this process, I followed every instruction the seller gave me, returned both units they requested, and kept all shipping and communication records. The seller has acknowledged receiving my returned products but continues to delay the refund. As a result, I have been left without the mower I purchased and have spent over $1,000 hiring landscaping services while waiting for this matter to be resolved. One thing every potential buyer should know is that, based on my experience, the seller does not appear to have a legitimate operating headquarters in the United States. Although the website uses the name "YARDCARE INC US," all of my communications, return process, and support were handled through the company in China. When things go wrong, resolving the issue can be extremely difficult because you are dealing with an overseas company. That was my experience. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this seller or this product. If everything works perfectly, you may never need customer support. But if your mower has problems, be prepared for changing promises, delayed resolutions, and a very frustrating return process. I encourage anyone considering this product to research the seller carefully and understand who you will actually be dealing with if you ever need warranty or refund support.
