This isn’t worth the money. It gets stuck on its own shadow. It waste the battery by backing up and getting stuck. You have to babysit it. And at that point might as well get the real lawn mower out. Because it does not mow in lines. It’s a random pattern. Looks like someone drunk mowed the lawn. So unless your yard is perfectly flat and absolutely nothing in the way. And you don’t mind random lines running through your yard. I wouldn’t waste my money on it. It’s a total waste.

First time I had a guy cut the lawn just to make sure it wasn't too tall to cut but the next morning I ran it by itself and within the hour it was done. I thought wow it's amazing that would cost another $45 to $100 so in essence you get alot of money back pretty fast. And I got the 3 year protecrion coverage with it no worries no hassles no more problem.

Not a bad mower but its just not what I need for my type of yard. The machine creates a 3D image of what it sees so it can tell what is grass and what isnt. My yard has lots of dirt patches so when the machine gets to these areas, it turns in a different direction because it sees no grass. It's a good technology for avoiding curbs or objects but inconvenient for my needs because certain areas of grass never get cut because the machine would have to cross the sections of dirt to get to it but it wont. After hours of cutting, the yard just looks really patchy. I clearly would have to go behind the mower and cut what it missed but I bought one of these to not have to do that. If you have a nice lush yard with grass everywhere then this robot should work well for you. Because of the areas of dirt and some uneven areas, the robot often got stuck alot. When it gets stuck it just beeps over and over while trying to free itself but Im not always there to watch it. It never sent a notification to my app like a previous robot mower I had would do, so after an hour Im thinking its still cutting when its constantly draining its battery trying to free itself from the same spot. This mower just doesnt meet my needs, but if I had a yard with grass everywhere and fairly even surfaces I would probably keep this mower since it's a fair value at its current price. I will also say this machine is very prone to errors, they happen frequently for multiple reasons. The manual does a good job of listing them and telling you how to get rid of them, but the frequency of the errors kept me coming out into the yard alot to get the mower working again. Not sure if this is a mower that can be leaved fully unattended.

I am unable to update the app and therefore unable to get the mower to work. The app is terrible. Sending thus machine back and saving for a more reliable mower that works out of the box.

Gets lost in my garden and driveway and often does not return to base. Cuts well though and keeps lawn well trimmed. Not too hard to pick it up to move it where it is supposed to be. Does require trimmer for grass left at boundary edges.
