Overall, and especially because it’s finally assembled, I like this bed. Assembly was a bit of a challenge, but then again, I did it by myself. It is attractive, sturdy, and leaves a ton of space underneath for storage of whatever. There is no squeaking and no feeling of instability. A word of caution regarding assembly…There is no need to over-tighten any part of this. Should you over-tighten it, you will likely hear a metallic “ping”. My 16-year-old daughter was able to assemble this Yaheetech Queen Bed Frame mostly by herself — I only helped a few times to steady pieces and tighten bolts. The instructions were clear, and all hardware was included, which made setup smooth and frustration-free. The frame itself is sturdy and lightweight, with plenty of under-bed storage space for bins and shoes. It hasn’t warped or bent, even with daily use. Unfortunately, the headboard and footboard are much shorter than the photos suggest — once pillows are on, you can barely see the headboard, which was disappointing for my daughter. After about three months, the bed started to squeak slightly when she moves, which is noticeable but not unbearable. We plan to tighten the screws and add pads to quiet it down. Overall, for the price, it’s a solid and practical bed, especially for a teen or guest room. Just be aware that the headboard height is more modest than advertised. ... show more
