I was skeptical to get another bed frame with a headboard built in as I’ve gotten some before that were not sturdy. But this frame is amazing! So sturdy, and so easy to assemble. The slats are perfectly spaced for a memory foam without box spring. Which was another worry, my last bed frame’s slats were too far apart and the bed did not feel comfortable like it does now. This bed was easy to build. It took me exactly 30 minutes start to finish. My almost 5 year old daughter loves it. She is able to get in and out with ease and loves that it is pink. It is true to Twin XL. There was a little room left at the foot of the bed that we used to place my daughter’s larger stuffed animals. As she grows we will purchase a mattress that fits the entire length. Packaged well, easy to follow instructions, parts labeled, and a success at the end of the day. ... show more

Obviously they used a thinner mattress and small pillows to make everything look bigger, but the dead giveaway is the height from the floor to the frame bottom. Listed as 13”, the height of the footboard in the ad picture is almost as high as the clearance under the frame. As one can see, the bed I received I has a substantially shorter foot board and head board, pretty close to half as tall. Dramatic difference in cosmetic appearance as a result. Definitely not happy with that dirty trick. Unfortunately one doesn’t really “see” the problem until the bed is assembled, and then it’s too late. It’s unpacked and assembled and most people aren’t willing to disassemble it and attempt to repackage it up and haul it off to some return location, which is probably what the manufacturer was counting on. I think a 50% refund is in order. ... show more
