The media could not be loaded. We just purchased a beautifully renovated home…on the inside. 😖 And have been tackling the lackluster outside since the ink dried. With todays commodities economy, lumber is INSANELY expensive. I couldn’t stomach the high cost of a new railing (the previous was unsafe) AND decking. We had to pick. With 2 kids under 7 safety was #1, so we fixed our railing and were resigned to having a cracking, poorly painted concrete deck until we could save thousands for the deck installation. Lucky me! I saw a great Pinterest that deck tiles (not IKEA) that were modern, REAL WOOD, easy to install and affordable! While I was hesitant I searched (literally) everywhere for a better deal; eBay, Mercari, FB Marketplace, Wayfair, Costco, Walmart, Alibaba…none had the cost, quantity and delivery date. I LOVE these. You can smell the wood when you open the book. The color is beautiful. Installation is a breeze (will use handsaw to cut around the posts). Will seal with Thomson’s clear wood sealer to make sure they last as long as possible. And if they get ruined, you just pop out and replace! 🪄 No brainer. Buy these. ... show more

First, about the product, I brought the dark brown and it looks perfect and is very easy to install. I bought 4 boxes in total (27*4 = 108 pieces) and only 2 were a little bit hard to fit, not impossible, just need some extra force to make it fit, and chances are < 2%, so, in general, I would say the size of each tile is pretty consistent. I just unboxed and installed it on my patio so not sure about the durability, yet. Secondly, about the fulfillment (which is awful). My original order was marked as 'undeliverable' during transit and got returned; when I tried to place the replacement order, I noticed the price has increased, so I contacted customer service for help. I was told as long as I order the same item from the same vendor, they could help with a price match or partial refund when the order arrived. Now a week later, the replacement finally arrived, but when I contacted the CS again, they told me since the order was not fulfilled by Amazon I cannot get a partial refund. (?!) the policy regarding price match is awful, how could I know I need to check the shipping method before placing a replacement order, I was ordering the exact same item from the same seller! Now I received the item much later and with a higher price, for something happened during the transit that I was not responsible for... ... show more

One tile is about 1 ft x 1 ft, make sure to know how many you need, I ended up using 2 boxes. Note that shipping is not included and I did have to pay for shipping for each box. Somehow, despite that I believe they still needed up cheaper than if I were to get the at ikea… There is a slight smell when you open the boxes, I recommend doing it outside. Mostly smells of wood, but it can be a bit overwhelmingly strong. They are quite big boxes. Despite having moved them not so gently trying to get them out of my package locker(they used the biggest lockers my apartment complex has), they didn’t get damaged, so that’s a plus. I added some water proof spray. Will update if they get damaged or something happens. ... show more

I ordered 7 boxes of these beautiful tiles for a DIY patio. Unfortunately, FedEx delivered 6 of those boxes to the wrong home. I checked up and down my block and the one adjacent…nothing. I ended up buying six boxes of the same tile from a home store (for more money) because i needed them ASAP for my project. At the same time, I contacted the seller regarding the delivery issue. I provided a pic of the front of my home and from my ring camera at the time I should’ve gotten my delivery and they four days after I should’ve received my delivery, they sent a message saying I’d be getting refunded my money for the six boxes. The seventh box DID show up a couple days later and I was able to complete the project. The wood really is beautiful and it looks two-toned at night. I will be looking for more opportunities to purchase with them. Hopefully, FedEx gets it together by then. ... show more

Easy to install. Fast delivery. Nice packaging. We painted a sealer on because they were going to be outside and to help with the wear. This picture is after 3 months. The idea is nice but they don’t hold up well as far as look with pets/weather.
