As expected. Super sturdy and has helped us make a beautiful chicken run. I love that I can sit up at the house and look out and see the chickens inside the run. Easy to manage due to strength and doesn't want to curl back onto itself. We used some electric metal trimming shears ($40) and that is money well worth spending. Otherwise, our hands would have been fairly stiff and sore from cutting.

This is my favorite hardware cloth of the various guages etc I have used. It doesn't tear easily and looks good. I'll have to see how it weathers, but I don't think you can do much better.

It was exactly what I needed to upgrade my coop as protection against predators. I was able to cover an entire 9.5x6 coop, top, bottom, sides, and a ground skirt buried and still have enough roll to start another project.. this was definitely worth it and then some! Wire is NOT 19ga. Listing states this was 19ga fencing but the wire was very, very thin. Bends extremely easily and the black coating flakes off. I have 23ga hardware cloth that is heavier duty than this junk. Black wire is this supposed 19ga hardware cloth. Gray wire is 23ga hardware cloth without coating. It doesn't even measure 19ga with the coating on (19ga should be 0.0395" NOT 0.0215")

Really happy to find this length and width to use on my balcony. It's tall enough to keep my small dogs from jumping through the fence, and just long enough to fit around the balcony. Other rolls at retail stores were twice the length and I didn't want to have that much extra lying around unused. It's rolled pretty tight, so it's easier to install with two people, but you can do it yourself with a little work. The thickness is good - did not hurt my hands during installation and does not cut the dogs' noses or anything. Haven't had any trouble with rust or pieces coming apart. Very happy with this.
