This set is fantastic for home gym strength training, offering a versatile range of weights (44LB/66LB) suitable for both women and men. The grip is decent, and they were reasonably priced for a set of barbells with a variety of weight sizes. The nut can loosen up pretty easily, so check it each time before using.

I love em so far. Arrived in good condition and very easy to set up. They do smell a bit especially the handles so l cleaned them really good with alcohol and then applied black gaffers duct tape over the grips so the smell isn't on my hands after use...otherwise, l can't complain.
