I've been using the Yaheetech Adjustable Dumbbells Weight Set for a few weeks now, and overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase. This set is fantastic for home gym strength training, offering a versatile range of weights (44LB/66LB) suitable for both women and men. The adjustable feature allows me to quickly switch between different weights, making my workouts more efficient. The dumbbells are solidly built, and the four spinlock collars ensure the weights stay securely in place during my exercises. I appreciate the convenience and functionality they bring to my fitness routine. Whether I'm doing curls, presses, or rows, these dumbbells have been reliable and effective. However, there is one minor drawback that I need to mention—the dumbbells had a weird smell when I first unpacked them. It was quite strong and took a few days to dissipate. While it didn't affect the performance of the weights, it was a bit off-putting initially. Thankfully, airing them out in a well-ventilated area seemed to do the trick. Despite the initial smell, the Yaheetech Adjustable Dumbbells are a great addition to my home gym. The grip is decent, and they were reasonably priced for a set of barbells with a variety of weight sizes. The nut can loosen up pretty easily, so check it each time before using.

I love em so far. Arrived in good condition and very easy to set up. They do smell a bit especially the handles so l cleaned them really good with alcohol and then applied black gaffers duct tape over the grips so the smell isn't on my hands after use...otherwise, l can't complain.
