For the price, I think this chair is great. I was very happy with what I received. I have paid more than 80 dollars for chairs that were not as nice. I think the material is decent and the color came as expected which was nice. I do feel that the result after assembly is a bit smaller than the pictures show. I am 5ft 2in and the back of the chair only went about half way up my back. I actually love this chair for someone my size because it isn't too big and my feet reach the floor when I sit in it. I also liked that it was really easy for me to assemble quickly even while I was 7 months pregnant. I would recommend this for someone looking for a quick and affordable seating option other than just folding or plastic chairs. I would just buy with the understanding that it is a bit smaller than some of the pictures might lead you to believe.

I really like how it looks and appreciate the lower height. It's great for using my desk cycle. The chair is firm, but not so firm my bum goes numb. The fabric has a neat texture, but it does tend to attract pet hair, so I'm keeping a throw blanket on it. Assembly was easy until I put the chair onto the wooden base because one hole was misaligned. I did use the recommended method in the instructions where you partially screw stuff in for each step until all the screws are placed, then tighten things, but it was just too far off. Re-drilling would risk cracking the wood, and the holes are pre-sunk metal inserts, but three screws hold the chair in place just fine. It doesn't creak during use either. Occasionally a hole can be misaligned, and so long as this isn't a common occurrence, it's probably not an issue. I'm sure others will post something if it is. Also, the chair has a secret pocket! The way it's assembled results in a little velcro-sealed space in the back. This could be a fun thing, or just an annoyance if you have to fiddle with the velcro too much.

The pictures of this chair are a bit deceiving as it is much smaller than I expected. The framework is solid wood with the back & seat covered with an ivory colered boucle fabric which resembles a very short pile sheepskin. It comes with an instruction booklet, the necessary hardware for assembly & felt pads for the bottom of the legs, however this is all hidden in a hollow area in the bottom of the back cushion. The flap covering this area is closed with white velcro along both sides & bottom. The back cushion is 19" W x 15" H x 4" D in the seating area, although the overall height of the back is 18-3/4". The seat cushion is 20" W x 19" D x 5" thick. Both the seat & back cushions are padded but are quite firm although they are fairly comfortable. I'm short so the depth of the seat is comfortable for me although the height of the back only comes up to the middle of my shoulder blades. The back is slightly angled backward but is primarily upright, which I find is more comfortable. The legs have an inverted V shaped design which provides more stability. Both legs are 1" thick with the front leg 22-1/4" L, whereas the back leg is 23" L, with a distance of 24-1/2" from front to back. The two legs on each side are 1-3/8" W at the floor gradually widening to 2-3/8" W near the top where they come together under the arms & measure 5" W at that junction. The distance at the floor is 21-5/8" W between the outer edges of the front legs. The arms are solid wood 13-3/4" L x 2-3/8" W x 3/4" thick with nicely curved ends at the front & back. The distance between the arms is 19-1/4" W. The distance from the floor to the top of the arm is 21-3/8" H. From the floor to the bottom of the seat is 11" H with the distance from the floor to the top of the seat approximately 16" H. Although this chair is well made & sturdy it's overall size is too small. The height of the seat is too low to sit comfortably at at a standard table, although it may be suitable for use at a card table. I tried it at our dining table & it sits lower than our dining chairs. This chair works well as an extra seat for short adults or possibly young teenagers but it isn't suitable for most adults & not practical for use at standard tables.

The chair was fairly easy to assemble. I needed assistance getting 2 screws to attach the back to the seat. But once done it's a solid chair. The back of the chair could be a little taller, but is comfortable to sit in.

I loved the look and style of this chair and got it for reading .The looks are a little deceptive, it’s plush and looks really soft but trust me ,it’s hard as a rock! Very uncomfortable Also I don’t know if the pictures really show but I didn’t like that the back looks smaller than the seat but in the photos they look asymmetrical . It took me about 15 minutes to assemble and easy instructions to follow . I need something a little more comfortable and sit-able. it’s a no for me .
