The dark brown is rich in color. Pretty easy to assemble. Exactly as advertised. Fit the spot perfect. It is sturdy. A little stiff sitting in right now but should soften up with use. If you need a small good looking chair this is the one!

This lounge chairs are very easy to assemble, very well-made and very stylish. I am pretty happy with them so far they are very comfortable, and I think that they look very nice. The price of the chairs is decent, however, paying for shipping was quite a lot. I am recommending the chairs contingent upon whether or not they last a while without tearing up. ... show more

These chairs are beautiful and sturdy. I bought them to go with our old-fashioned desks in the office and they are perfect. However, the video currently showing how to put them together is not helpful. It is next to impossible to align the screw holes at the correct angle to get them to connect if you try to start with the cushions along the bottom back. After 2 hours and many explicative words, I finally figured out how to do it. My second chair was together in about 25 minutes. This is how I did it: First, put the arms on the seat cushion on both sides. They are a straight shot on and are easy to install. Next, take the back cushion and attach it with the two bolts on each upper side. Then all you have to do is push the cushions together with a little force and it automatically lines up the screw holes for the three bolts along the back. And you're done! Hope that is helpful. I recently purchased two chairs and was quite disappointed with the assembly process. For the first chair, while all the correct equipment was included, the holes for the arms didn't line up, making it impossible to attach them properly. The second chair was even worse— it was missing all but one of the threads needed for the bolts, rendering it completely unusable. If you don't have access to a repair person or the skills to make these adjustments, you're left with a costly situation. On top of that, the company doesn’t offer free shipping for delivery or returns, which adds to the frustration. In the end, I found it cheaper to hire someone to fix the issues for me. I would not recommend these chairs unless you're prepared for potential assembly challenges. ... show more

We like the chair, but both of them came with one of the holes in the wrong placement. My husband is handy so he could make it work, but holes should have been in the write position.

I needed a chair with arms for bath/dressing room and this chair is ideal. I did struggle, at first, with assembly. I could not attach the seat to the back for some reason, walked away from it twice and then next time was successful. No idea why. The rest was easy although the suggestion of not tightening every bolt until the end was dead on. The chair looks good, the faux leather is soft, not stiff and slippery and the wood is smoothly finished. The seat is generous, height is comfortable, cushioning is firm.. I question how well it would hold up in constant heavy use, but as an occasional chair under $80 it’s surprisingly good. ... show more
