The media could not be loaded. It’s great. Extremely sturdy. I saw a few reviews of people showing wobbling pieces, and now that I’ve received it I am 100% certain that they were simply building it wrong. There are a few pieces that are connected by two-way screws, so if you don’t screw it enough on one side and way too deep on the other side, of course it’s going to wobble, even if it’s as tight as it can go. So keep that in mind when assembling, you want the screw to go equal lengths into the two pieces. It was easy to assemble, took me 30 minutes to assemble but would’ve taken me significantly less without my kitten in the way haha. No holes, looks great, it’s weighted enough to stop from tipping over but not too heavy to move around. All parts were there, with a few extra screws. The is a very nice item. Quality materials and user friendly instructions. One thing to note is it is not for large cats and really should be stabilized with the included tether strip. All over 5 stars.

This should be a 5* product. Pros - Product arrived safely. Easy to assemble and the directions were adequate. Good value for the price. We keep the highest bed with box separate which our cats love - pictures attached - and it seems to fit better in front of the window. They use the scratching posts but not the ramp. Con - However, the manufacturer not only skimped on the padding in the 3 beds, but it shifted to one side in shipping so wasn't anchored and is now lumpy. (probably bothers me more than the cats) Purchased 2 of these trees in the past so was expecting the same quality. Nope! ... show more

We needed a new kitty tower for our cat as we moved and our old one had seen better days. I didn't want to spend $80+ on a cat tower that will get scratched up, used and abused by our cat, but I did need one tall enough to keep our cat up high to be able to look out the window, sturdy enough to stand alone without swaying and must have the scratching posts. Our cat is a long but skinny cat, maybe 8 pounds and this holds him very well. It was easy to assemble, the quality is really good and it's sturdy. IT has the most important components - a hut to hide in and a top shelf area for him to lay on and look out the window. It also has the scratching posts which our cat loves (he completely demolished the ones on our previous tower). Great product for the money - great features, plenty of scratching posts and is sturdy. I like the extra feature to be able to mount to the wall to make it extra-stable, but we don't even need to use it because it is so durable and sturdy on its own. Would definitely buy again when this one has seen it's final days! ... show more

This was easy to build (watched company's step by step video on youtube) It is made of sturdy structure material and the whole thing is super soft! Ming Toi my momma's fur baby, took to it quickly! She crawled into the cubby on the first day! Once she discovered the hammock that was her favorite place to curl up! It comes with all tools needed for the easy and quick build! My momma, along with her fur baby Ming Toi are pretty picky, they both love it! I built it at my home and it was an easy transfer to their home. 100% recommend this kitty condo! I am thinking of getting a second one for my nephew's fur baby! ... show more

Smaller than expected, will be fine for the kitten but my 3yo cat barely has room to maneuver and she can forget about the hammock. Not too much of a challenge to assemble but I think there could have been a more pleasing way to attach the top instead of having the bolt heads sticking up through the fabric.
