One arm broke when we set it up. It is VERY weak at all of the joints. This canopy couldn't even handle a gentle breeze. The metal used is so thin the fasteners pull through it. It did not last a full week. If there is the slightest breeze you need to take the fabric off or it WILL break. If there is a strong breeze and you have the fabric off, it will still collapse because of the thin metal will not withstand where the fasteners are, and there is a lot of them. They just rip right through the metal. I contacted customer service via message on Amazon and they were responsive, but never got the broken part replaced by them. By the time it gets here the whole thing will have practically collapsed under it's own weight anyway. ... show more

I used this product on porch mostly for privacy and shade from direct sun. When it raines, the rain dosn't run off top of canopy, you have to manually make water come off, also the screen is there, but it dosn't keep bugs/mosquitoes out. I was looking for a pop up/something I could manage myself, without added maintenance or redirecting rainwater. Overall the seller was very helpful and responsive. ... show more
