I ordered this because I was asked to be the camp cook for a girls’ camp happening next week, and the last time I did it at that same location, it poured rain. This arrived promptly and well packaged. It sat in the garage for about 10 days before I got it out of the box and tried setting it up. All the parts and pieces were there, as far as I can tell. I (a fit but 63 yr old short woman) was able to unbox it and carry it into the back yard. The cover it comes in is well designed, with straps that cinch down to really package it up tight, and a handle on the end so you can pull it along. That said, I still carried it through the house because I didn’t want my wood floor marred. It is heavy but I was able to manage. I did not read the instructions because I had watched the posted video showing how to set it up. I was able to get the frame expanded by myself. By then my husband came out “to help” (I think it was more because he didn’t think I could do it by myself.) The extra set of hands was helpful, but I think that next week when I am by myself setting it up, I will be able to manage just fine. The fabric part of the canopy aligned perfectly, and had Velcro in the corners that matches up with Velcro on the poles. Great design…no futzing with Velcro straps. Then make sure you have the fabric on the OUTSIDE of the frame, crawl underneath, and push the center up until it clicks. That was the hardest part, because I extended the legs a bit to make it easier to get under it, but extended them too far for me to push the center all the way up. (I just shortened the legs half way and that was enough.) Then I secured the Velcro straps to secure the fabric to the frame around the perimeter and extended the legs to full height. I did not stake it down because this was just a test run. There are no instructions for collapsing it back down, but basically you just pull the little catch on the center knob, and it releases. I did not remove the fabric…just folded it back up with the fabric on it and put it back in the bag. The bag will s designed REALLY well, with Velcro straps to tighten the frame down and hold it secure in the bag. There are even straps that go around the end so that when you pull it along, it doesn’t pull the frame out of the bag. I am super happy with my purchase. If anything changes next week, I will update my review.

We loved this tent!! I would highly recommend purchasing it. It was great that we could roll it instead of picking it up. We used it for a Baseball Tournament Concert & Family Event.

10x10 is the perfect size for baseball games! Easy to set up and take down, legs don’t lock into certain height positions, you can lock them at whatever height you want making it nice for uneven ground. You also don’t have to take the canopy off to fit it back in the bag which is a HUGE plus for quick set up and take down. I would purchase again! Great price!

DO NOT BUY!!! Broke when I first put together after 5 minutes. Seriously so disappointed. Tried to push the tent up and with little force it just snapped up incorrectly and broke the whole thing and ripped the canopy cover in the process… sounds like most people get this experience too…Waste of $80… and since it’s so big and broke in the middle to where we couldn’t even get it back in the box, we couldn’t even return it… so please learn from me and don’t even waste your money on this.

Bought this to replace a broken Crown shade. Although it went up easily and looks great you can tell by the structure that it is more light duty. Legs are a smaller diameter and the roof structure is much simpler. Still I am hopefull and will see how durable it is. Price is very good for 12x12. Arrived sooner than originally scheduled when I ordered it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Easy to assemble, very sturdy, and looks great Heat retention: I used this on a 90 degree day yesterday in the blazing sun and it worked wonderfully. Wind resistance: Just ensure to add sand bags, weights, or stakes in the ground.

This was a nice canopy while it lasted. It looked nice and did a good job providing shade, but I only got to use it twice before the metal frame snapped in two different spots. Very disappointing :(
