I had been looking for something to place on my deck for shade and even minimal rain cover. This canopy is great!! It has already been through 3 midwest thunderstorms, and held up beautifully. I expected it to leak at the seams when it rained, but it hasnt at all. So easy to just tie it to deck rails and be done. Yesterday I did fill the sand bags and place, as there was high winds all day and I didnt want the stress on it to rip the ties from the fabric, although it was holding up just fine without them. But hey, they come with it and a bag of sand is $4 at a local store so why not just reinforce to be safe. It is 100 degrees today yet I’m able to relax with a lemonade in shade because of this canopy. Love it!

Loved the quality and ease of setup (took a little extra effort due to my short stature). Center pushes up to hold the entire tent up and as long as you arent teeny tiny mouse sized you should be fine pushing it up into place. Unfortunately one of the ones I purchased was destroyed within a week due to a sudden downpour where the canopy didn’t release the rain water and the frame collapsed under weight of the buildup.

There are no drainage holes for water on this canopy, the design does not allow for water to roll down (it pools instead), and the frame is flimsy. It does NOT hold up in any amount of rain. Within minutes of a shower, the whole thing collapsed. I have it next to a canopy from another brand that has held up for 6 months outside. I've only had this one for a few weeks and the first time it rained, it's down! (See picture.) The supposedly sturdy "steel" bars are flimsy compared to my other canopy and bent easily. This ended up being a waste of money. Invest a little more in a different brand if you plan to have your canopy outside. Edit: The seller sent a replacement. I went this route because in order to get a refund, they wanted me to box up and ship the mangled mess back. I was also hopeful that this was just a defective product and that a replacement would be fine. So, instead of lasting 2 weeks like the first one, this one lasted 3 weeks before it also collapsed!! It turns out, this is not an issue with just one defective product. This is a design flaw. These are poorly designed with sub-par materials. I've added pictures of the 2nd canopy. We had some light rain and it pooled at the top and the Velcro ripped. I started the refund process at this point. Before I could ship it, we had more rain and it completely collapsed! The frame bent and the canopy tore. And through it all, my canopy of another brand is STILL there! It's not the weather, it's the quality of this product that's bad.

After owning many tents, for sorts, the beach, other various parties, THIS is by far the easiest tent to put up! One down fall is that it's heavy but that helps with not having it fly away if not anchored down. It does come with the v weight bags and those are nice if you are at the beach to fill week sand, but I wish they came with stakes too. There are not 500 ropes and strings everywhere and the tent top secures to the frame with clasps!! No tiny little velcro. Really happy with it. Fyi, I'm not usually one to write reviews!

I am giving this 4 stars because the canopy does the job of providing shade It seems made well with a lot of Velcro attachment points. My daughter is now involved with our local farmers market so I bought this for her to have some shade in New Mexico. It is always very windy here. Easy enough to put up once some of the regulars at the market showed us. The problem started with the weight bags. Two of the carry handles ripped from the seam and two split on the side. So I am now looking for better options to weigh it down.

Very Fast Shipping ! This is very heavy steel. Very well made. One person(me) can set it up BUT 2 would be much much easier. It's heavy and 10x10 is big. The center pop up post does LOCK into place-that was one of my bigger concerns. It won't just UN_pop out. I am impressed with Quality.leg weights-once filled with something- are quite big. Great case for storage. I actually cannot find anything negative to say. 5 minutes to set up. Literally . This was money very well spent. top is nice made decently. We purchased a 3yr warranty. and still much Less Expensive than most others. I would buy again . Enjoying the shade-comfort here in Western ILLINOIS Chris G.

THE BAGS ARE VERY LIGHT WEIGHT MATERIAL AND THE SEWING OF THE BAGS FELL APART UPON FILLING THE BAGS! SOME OF THE STRAP HANDLES SEWING CAME APART THE FIRST TIME THEY WERE PICKED UP AFTER FILLING THEM WITH SAND!
