I have this hooked to a single kicker comp R 12 sounds great shakes the crap out of every thing. Definitely not 4k watts but probably around 400 -800 I have it bridged at 2ohms on rear channel. It wentent to protect once in the summer but running fine now 3 years later I’m probably going to hook this to my mid’s and get a stinger amp to replace it. I think it would be better suited for door speakers any way. Definitely good for the price. I feel that the negative reviews are due to operator error, bad shipping, and high expectations. The sub box is custom built 24.00" × 15.00" * 15.61" 3/4 MDF tuned to 32HZ 2.00 ft internal volume with a 23.25”x2” port sub mounted up firing and the port is facing the rear hatch. I would say good buy for the price to have decent bass on a budget. Adding a rca bass knob is a must it does not come with one or have a plug in for one. ... show more
